Semaines d'hiver disponibles !!! Pool Villa sur un parcours de golf à Naples, en Floride

Profitez de vos vacances dans cette maison de piscine nouvellement décorée sur le parcours de golf de Flamingo Island à Lely Resort. Pendant les mois d’hiver, quand il est presque impossible de trouver une location à court terme à Naples, cette maison est disponible du samedi au samedi pour une ou deux semaines maximum.

La piscine et le patio font face au sud-est. Cela vous permet de profiter du beau soleil du matin, mais en fin d’après-midi, vous aurez un endroit ombragé pour faire un barbecue sur le gril à gaz et manger sur le patio. Pour votre plaisir, nous avons également un bain à remous et un réfrigérateur à vin. Nul besoin de balayer des mouches, la piscine et la véranda sont couvertes d’écrans.

La cuisine récemment rénovée est parfaite pour les repas gastronomiques, les plats à emporter ou le mélange de boissons à savourer à l'intérieur ou à l'extérieur. Détendez-vous sur la terrasse couverte tout en regardant les enfants dans la piscine ou les golfeurs bons et mauvais coups.

Divertissez vos invités dans le salon au plafond cathédrale pouvant accueillir 8 personnes. Regardez le match sur la télévision du salon ou divisez-vous en regardant la télévision dans la pièce / chambre 3.

La salle à manger peut accueillir 6 personnes à la table avec des tabourets de bar supplémentaires au bar du petit-déjeuner. Le salon et la salle à manger donnent tous deux sur la piscine, le bain à remous et le parcours de golf.

La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king-size à réglage individuel, d'une télévision, d'un accès à la piscine et au patio, ainsi que d'une salle de bains principale récemment rénovée.

La deuxième chambre a un lit queen size et partage une belle nouvelle salle de bain avec le den / 3ème chambre qui a deux lits gigognes. Les deux chambres disposent d'une télévision.

Une buanderie avec laveuse et sécheuse, des étagères suspendues, un fer et une planche et un garage pour 2 voitures complètent ce bien. Pour votre plaisir, nous avons 2 vélos, un parasol et des chaises de sable dans le garage. Faites comme chez vous et profitez de ce petit bijou.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The house was fully furnished with literally everything we needed, and they even left some snacks and a cute hand written note as we had a late early morning arrival. So thoughtful! This was a beautiful home that had all the amenities and great decor within the house. Amazing views on the property for early morning walks and loved the lanai, pool and hot tub.

Villa was excellent, very homely, well equipped.Pool area could be doing with a wash done, furniture painted and pool toys cleaned.Property manager was very good to deal with. Would stay there again.

Thank you for your review. The pool furniture is teak and is naturally weathered. That is the way teak is supposed to look; you never paint teak! It’s tough to keep mildew off of things in South Florida, but we do our best. We will replace the pool toys.

This was our first time renting through a Home share website. We usually stay in hotels on our vacations. But for this trip we were taking my 80 year old mother away for her birthday and felt a home would better fit our needs. Boy am I glad that we made that decision. From the moment I booked; Kathryn was very responsive with any questions and welcoming us to her home. On day of arrival we were so surprised that there was a Happy Birthday balloon and bottle of wine waiting for my mom after only briefly mentioning once before booking that we would be traveling for her birthday. So thoughtful!! The home itself was beautiful and even better than the pictures. It had every comfort and amenity you could think of. From extra blankets, pots and pans, gas grill, bikes, beach chairs and towels, coolers you name it!! The back yard and lanai are beautiful with a sparkling salt water heated pool and hot tub. Which we used daily. The location and neighborhood are perfect. No more than 15 minutes away from Marco Island and Fifth Ave in either direction. We will definitely be renting again in the future and would recommend this home to anyone. Although selfishly I wish I could keep it a secret so it would be available for us lol. But it wouldn’t be fair to our wonderful host!!!!

Every thing was great. A perfect location and LELY is a perfect place to stay. The area is beautiful and perfectly maintained. This rental has everything for your comfort. I highly recommend staying here

Lely Resort takes wonderful care of the surroundings. Every day a crew comes through and picks up palm fronds, etc. that may have fallen during the night. I never see any trash blowing around or anything like that. I've been inside of many gated communities in Naples and none are as well kept as Lely.

Nice property/we would stay there again

We enjoyed our 2 week stay at Falcons Glen. The decor gives off a cute “beachy” vibe. The location was perfect for a quick drive to 5th Ave., 3rd St., Marco Island, the beaches and grocery shopping was conveniently close by.

Best vacation spot!

This house was the perfect spot for our summer vacation! Only a 20 min drive to the beaches and the house was spotless. The pool and hot tub made it even better; not to mention all the other provided amenities were a great plus. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Maryland natives, living in Central Virginia; we are empty nesters. We love to visit Naples for a couple of weeks in the winter and found it almost impossible to find a house that wasn't rented out for the whole winter season, so we bought one!

Voici pourquoi l’hôte a choisi cet hébergement

When I saw this property online, I knew I wanted it. My husband...not so much. He's always more conservative than I am. It wasn't being offered furnished, but it looked so nice with the leather furniture and the colors, that I wanted it all. My husband, grudgingly agreed, to go along with it. We put in the offer; it was accepted; and we were on our way! That was in 2019; since then the hubby has come around and loves the house as much as I do!

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

I'm really picky about the way the back of my house faces. After owning a house that faced due west in the back, I thought...never again! It was always too hot to enjoy eating dinner on our deck or grilling. Since that house, years ago, I've always gone for a southeast facing deck or patio. The sun is behind the house in the late afternoon, so we can enjoy dining alfresco. The southern slant gives more light during the winter months.
