Welcome to 401 Yacht & 405 Yacht by AvantStay! These two condos are located in the Yacht Harbor Condominiums with a combined total of 5 bedrooms, sleeping 12 guests—an ideal option for family trips or groups looking to spread out.

Yacht Harbor Condominiums at Wild Dunes are unique, featuring large screened porches, beautiful views of the marina, and access to an exclusive community swimming pool and hot tub with grilling stations on Morgan’s Creek. Take a quick walk to the Isle of Palms Marina where you will find two outstanding restaurants, kayak tours/rentals, boat rentals, and our favorite the Barrier Island Eco Tour. If you are heading to the beach, it is an easy bike ride along paved paths lined with ancient oaks. Wild Dunes also features two famous golf courses, miles of bike trails, playground, and many restaurants (seasonal).

401 Yacht:
401 Yacht Harbor is a wonderful, two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo. The floor plan is light-filled with open spaces with nice details, such as hardwood floors, granite counters, and stainless steel appliances. A dining area adjoins the living room and kitchen with glass doors opening to the private screen porch--a great set-up for your family to gather after a fun beach day. The large primary bedroom, featuring a king bed, also accesses the screen porch and has a private ensuite bathroom. Bedroom 2 is also spacious, featuring a queen bed and a private ensuite bathroom. Enjoy in-unit laundry and on-site parking for added convenience.

405 Yacht:
405 Yacht Harbor is a warm and inviting 3BDR condo with marina views in Wild Dunes. The bright living area welcomes you with charm and comfort, but the star of the show is the view. 405 Yacht Harbor overlooks the Morgan Creek Marina, as well as the Yacht Harbor community swimming pool. Relax on the outstanding enclosed patio, which includes a sofa and oversized chairs, and enjoy the views. Each of the three bedrooms features a TV and private ensuite bathroom. The primary bedroom features a king bed and views of the swimming pool and marina. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, while Bedroom 3 has a twin bunk bed as well as a queen bed. Enjoy in-unit laundry and on-site parking for added convenience.

Ideally located, Yacht Harbor is on the Isle of Palms making it an easy drive to Sullivan’s Island, Mount Pleasant and Historic Charleston. Sullivan’s Island (2.2 miles) features Fort Moultrie and wonderful dining options along Middle Street. In Mount Pleasant (4.2 miles), your family will want to visit Boone Hall Plantation with its avenue of oaks, the USS Yorktown, Town Center shopping and the restaurants lining the shrimp docks on Shem Creek. Finally, Historic Charleston (12.4 miles) is the number one tourism destination in the United States, and offers some of the world’s finest restaurants, galleries, historic homes, and gardens.

Home Truths:
- City Ordinances prohibit house parties, weddings, or receptions to take place at a licensed vacation rental property. If a house party, wedding, or reception takes place in a licensed vacation rental property, all guests will be required to immediately vacate.
- You must be 25 years or older to book this home.
- Please note that Early Check-In (ECI) and Late Check-Out (LCO) services are not available from May to September.
- Guests must supply their own beach/pool towels.
- Beach chairs/toys are not included at this property. All reservations between 4-28 nights come with a $250 beach gear credit with VaykGear.com. Guests will be able to reserve gear after booking.
- The Yacht Harbor pool is open May-September The pool is not heated. The community hot tub is closed until winter 2025.
- Unfortunately, pets and ESAs are not allowed in this home. If undisclosed animals are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval, there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- Fireplaces are not for guest use.
- Trailers and motorcycles are not allowed inside Wild Dunes.
- Guests have access to the Yacht Harbor pool, and to the cafes and restaurants at Wild Dunes. Any other amenities or recreation at Wild Dunes, including golf, tennis or the spa, must be booked separately.
- Please note that due to natural coastal conditions, beach areas may experience periodic erosion that can affect shoreline size and accessibility. During periods of high tide, portions of the beach—or the entire beach—may be temporarily inaccessible. We are not able to guarantee identical beach conditions for future stays, and refunds or relocations will not be available due to these natural changes.
- While we do our best to communicate any known work within Wild Dunes or nearby beach projects, many homes are privately owned and we are not always notified of surrounding activity. As a result, we are unable to guarantee a disruption-free environment or offer relocation for any unforeseen construction.

Parking Details:
- There are 2 parking spaces available at each condo.
- To gain access to Wild Dunes, the guest will need a car pass. Passes will be emailed to the guest before their arrival.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff.

We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.

IDs will be requested for verification after booking. All bookings over 28 days require a security deposit.

Great area, but we glad we could not get in. There were no key codes immediately the property manager helped us out and we’re great. A little dated a great value for the money and area making for an excellent day for a short business weekend. Would come and stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay overall. The property and units were beautiful clean and comfortable and everything else was wonderful.We did have an issue with the A-C with one of the units during our stay that unfortunately was not fully resolved but the host/property team responded quickly and made efforts to address it .We appreciate their communication and responsiveness in sending someone out.Unfortunately the A-C issue was not resolved, otherwise the stay was excellent Thanks Lisa and Eddie Ferrell
