The Space
As you enter through the gate into the lovely front yard, you will find an inviting porch with two wooden rocking chairs to sit and enjoy a glass of wine in the evening or your morning coffee. Enter through the front door into the open living and dining area with ample space to gather for dinner or enjoy a movie night on the Smart TV located in the living room. Utilize the newly renovated and thoughtfully curated kitchen to whip up a meal for the group. The kitchen is fully equipped and features stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and natural light from the outdoors!

There are two bedrooms to choose from — each with a queen bed, luxury linens, and inviting decor. The primary bedroom provides a desk space, perfect for the traveling worker! The two bedrooms share a full bathroom equipped with a shower and bathtub — making it ideal for a family getaway. This space will not disappoint for your next family or group retreat!

Getting Around
Navigating Austin from this convenient location is easily done on foot or by bike. It's flat as a pancake on this side of town and there are numerous, excellent bike routes including quick access to the Hike and Bike Trail that spans over 18 miles around the Colorado River. Austin offers plenty of transportation options: ridesharing, micro-mobility, and mass transit are available everywhere. The airport is just 15 minutes away.

The Neighborhood
The east side of Austin, with its industrial-chic brewpubs, craft cocktail lounges, and live-music rooms, picks up the pace after dark. Art galleries, vintage boutiques, bike shops, and coffee houses mix with Mexican restaurants and BBQ joints. The Tejano Walking Trail honors the neighborhood's music pioneers, while the Mexican-American Cultural Center stands nearby in the Rainey Street Historic District. Just a short drive away are delicious venues like Bufalina Pizza, Launderette, La Barbecue, Oseyo, or Kemuri Tatsu-Ya. Other favorites include coffee at Lou's or Flat Track, cold beer at Blue Owl Brewing or East Side Tavern, and cocktails at High Noon. For breakfast, visit Juan in a Million for Tex-Mex and tacos, or take a short walk to Gati Coffee, Pastries & Eats offering homemade, gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan pastries — even donuts before 10 am.
