Welcome to Casa Monsita, a cheerful home in San Juan’s beloved Ocean Park neighborhood. We are just three blocks from the beach, walking distance to great food spots, and just a 10 minute drive from the SJU airport, this house the everything you need for your next vacation.

Unwind on your private veranda under café lights and tropical plants. Perfect for families and groups, Casa Monsita sleeps up to 8 guests with a comfy air mattress option and all the essentials for an easy island escape.

The Space



Step inside and feel the good vibes. The open-concept living area bursts with color and natural light—artsy décor, bright accents, and cozy modern furniture that make you feel instantly at home.

Slide open the doors to your outdoor patio, complete with a custom mural, hanging greenery, and string lights—your own little slice of San Juan creativity. There’s also an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a beach day and plenty of space to relax with a drink in hand.

KITCHEN: The fully stocked kitchen features sleek cabinetry, stainless-steel appliances, and bold red finishes that match the home’s playful spirit. It is equipped with a stove top, oven, refrigerator and freezer, dishwasher. It is also equipped with all the essential cookware, plate ware, utensils, and pots and pans.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS: The house is equipped with 3 bedrooms, each with a queen bed, and 2 full bathrooms. The master bathroom is ensuite in the master bedroom. There is also a comfortable, queen size air mattress that can be placed in the master bathroom, bumping the sleep total up to 8 people.

GENERATOR AND CISTERN: The house also has a back up cistern and generator, so you can stay comfortable during minor outages.

LAUNDRY: Inside the garage is a washer and dryer that you will have access to.

PARKING: This house has a private gated garage. Please exercise caution as the space is a little tight. There is also free parking on the street, just make sure you are not blocking any driveways and are parked in the designated areas.

NEIGHBORHOOD: The house is located in the coveted, beachside neighborhood of Ocean Park. It is just 3 blocks from the beach, and within walking distance of numerous great restaurants and food spots. We are just a 10 minute drive from the SJU airport. Uber and Lyft are readily available in the area.

-Our house is fully operational with power, water, and a backup generator that can power the whole house.

-Please note that this is not a hotel or resort, but a private residence. Amenity refills/additional cleanings will not be available unless specifically arranged prior to booking. This will be at additional cost and based on availability.

Please note: Puerto Rico is a tropical island, and its infrastructure is not like the United States. Power and water outages happen on occasion, though its rare for outages to last more than a couple hours. This property has a backup cistern and generator, but we are not in control of any outages, and cannot offer refunds due to outages. Also, wildlife such as lizards and bugs are common throughout the island, especially after a rain or during rainy season. We take preventative measures to reduce the likelihood of encountering these critters. However, if you come across one, it is not out of the realm of possibility, and we cannot offer refunds due to this. The best way to prevent these critters is to properly store away food and dispose of trash.
