Welcome to Pelican 402, a modern and cozy condo located on the bayside of Destin West Resort in Fort Walton Beach, perfectly positioned between Destin and Fort Walton Beach for easy access to both. This one bedroom, two bathroom retreat comfortably sleeps up to six guests with a king bed, queen sofa bed, and a bunk room with twin beds, making it ideal for families. Inside, you'll find a fully stocked kitchen, in unit washer and dryer, and wifi. Step out onto the balcony to catch breathtaking sunsets, relax on the 700-square-foot lazy river or in one of the seven pools that Destin West Beach & Bayside Resort has for guests. Beach service is included during summer season, you can easily access the beach and Gulf side pools using the pedestrian bridge. When you're ready to explore, you're minutes from top attractions like Wild Willie’s Adventure Zone, the Boardwalk, and the Gulfarium. Dining options abound with local favorites such as The Gulf, Stewby’s Seafood Shack, and Old Bay Steamer just around the corner.

Our condo is unique because it’s truly owner managed and cared for with the same attention I give my own home. With my background in professional vacation rental cleaning, I personally prepare the condo before every arrival to ensure it’s spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked.
Guests love the private balcony overlooking the bay, the easy access to the lazy river, and the peaceful atmosphere of the Pelican building. We’ve added personal touches, updated dĂ©cor, and small conveniences that make the space feel warm and welcoming. My husband and I also remodel and maintain the property ourselves, so everything is kept in excellent condition.
What truly sets us apart is the combination of hands on hosting, local availability, and genuine care for every guest’s experience.
