The first floor offers a fun bunk room complete with arcade-style games, perfect for kids and adults alike. Just outside, the private backyard transforms into your own outdoor oasis, featuring a jacuzzi, fire pit, BBQ, comfortable lounge seating, and sun loungers for unwinding any time of day. And with a beach walkway directly across the street, effortless access to the sand and surf is always just steps away.

Second Floor -
Ascend to the second floor, where two elegant queen bedrooms share a beautifully appointed hall bathroom with a soaking tub. A dedicated laundry room adds to the convenience of this level. The primary king suite offers a tranquil retreat, featuring a King bed as well as a comfortable pull-out sofa, a spa-inspired bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower, and a private balcony showcasing stunning views of the beach.

Third Floor -

The third floor serves as the vibrant heart of the home, featuring a cozy living room that opens to a balcony with breathtaking ocean views. A fully equipped, modern kitchen invites your culinary creativity, while the adjacent dining area provides the perfect setting for memorable gatherings. This level is designed for both relaxation and socializing. Additionally, a second primary suite offers a king bed, an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and its own private balcony.

In the unlikely event that you notice any cleanliness issues upon check-in, please report them to us on the same day. Our dedicated cleaning team will promptly address and correct any concerns to ensure your stay is enjoyable and worry-free. We stand behind our cleaning practices and are committed to providing you with a clean and welcoming space!

Parking in the driveway only. Do NOT park in the gravel as this is a shared driveway. Street parking is prohibited.

We understand accidents happen and kindly ask that you please notify us if an item breaks, doesn`t work, or is soiled as soon as it happens. We want to ensure we can replace item(s) as soon as possible for you or the next guest. If items are missing or broken guest is responsible for the charge for any item(s).

Primary renter must be present on all bookings.

There will be a $200 fee for any late checkout that is not approved.

If there’s an excess of trash left behind and we need to arrange for its removal, there will be a $100 fee. Thanks for understanding!
