Good unit overall with a good view. I did not get an access code in my emails or text for check-in however the afterhours lady when I called was impressive and got me in my unit quickly and was very professional.

We had a wonderful stay even though the jellyfish tried to scary us away the ocean kept them at bay long enough for us to have 4 wonderful beach days.The unit 708 was a nice beach themed condo. It’s an older condo unit but it was clean and user friendly. beds were nice and firm not lumpy. Master room had plenty of room for mine and my husband stuff. The master bathroom is a little small for 2 adults to get ready in. The master shower was nice. Low water pressure thou, “don’t flush the toilet while someone is showering bc you loose all pressure.”The second bed room was nice size with a queen bed was perfect for the kids (2) the bathroom was nice size only complaint was the shower didn’t work in that room. So everyone had to shower in the master bath which took time in the evenings. I told the rental company and they said they put in a work order for it to be repaired. On the plus side it had a huge laundry room and the washer and dryer worked perfectly. Plenty of space to put all the gear after a beach day. The kitchen was nice all the appliances worked good. Plenty of dishes “fyi if you have littles bring some plastic cups,plates,etc bc all dishes are glass.” The fridge was huge plenty of space for all your food and the freezer is the bottom drawer style the ice maker work well to” might want to turn it off at night bc it’s a little noisy” like all ice makers. Besides the small things we had a great time and made it work well for us. Hopefully, we will get to come back soon!

I’m sorry the master bathroom felt tight for two and that low water pressure and the second-bath shower issue impacted your evenings. We’ve scheduled maintenance to investigate and fix the water-pressure concern and to repair the second bathroom shower. Housekeeping has been alerted about cleanliness and inventory, and we’ll evaluate adding child-friendly plastic plates/cups going forward. We’ll also check the ice maker noise and note your helpful tip about turning it off at night. Thanks for the detailed feedback — we’ll use it to improve and hope to welcome you back.

4.5/5 for sure. We will stay here again 100%. Easy access to the beach. Smooth check in and check out process. Minor issues were only one person could shower at a time due to water pressure but we learned a work around so it wasn’t an issue for us. And the main shower is slow to drain. Kitchen set up was great. Plenty of room for my family of 5. Seriously nothing is ever perfect but this room was amazing for what we needed.
