Living at The Penthouse at 388 gave us the perfect Long Beach experience. We loved being in the heart of downtownâjust steps away from fine dining, casual happy hours, and endless entertainment. The best part was having the choice to do as much or as little as we wanted, knowing we could always return to the peaceful comfort of our home above the city.
Some of our favorite moments were watching the nightly Disneyland fireworks from the balcony and seeing the sky light up on the 4th of July. Being just beside the Terrace Theatre made the holidays especially magical, with festive lights and events right outside our door.
This location truly captures the spirit of Long Beachâvibrant, walkable, and full of memories weâll always treasure.
