First floor includes open floor plan, large living room, huge flat screen smart TV, dining area, updated kitchen, stainless steel appliances with granite counter tops.

Step outside to the inviting patio overlooking a serene pond with a cooler, two chairs, and a convenient gas grill perfect for relaxing and enjoying your money cup of coffee.

Second floor features two bedrooms, standard size washer / dryer and a full bathroom. The bedroom 1 boasts a king bed large bay windows over looking lagoon and courtyard. Bedroom 2 features two sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds, each equipped with its own trundle bed.

Top floor includes master bedroom a king bed, work space, big screen TV, ensuite bathroom with walk in shower and a separate bath tub. Enjoy the luxury of your own covered balcony providing a tranquil space overlooking lagoon and courtyard.


Seascape has private cabana located on the beach with restrooms and changing area for guests use. You'll be provided a code and location at check in to access during your stay.
