This was a very beautiful condo with a wonderful view. I would definitely recommend anyone who wanted to stay this close to the ocean to stay in this condo!!

Susan accommodated us for a last minute anniversary getaway and we couldn't be more greatful. The condo was clean, bright,beautiful and comfortable. The view exceeded our expectations. We spent hours whale and dolphin watching, it was awesome. 10 out of 10 will visit again!

We were so blessed to have amazing weather to enjoy the gorgeous view! Sharon was fantastic to work with! She was very responsive and helpful. The property is kept in pristine condition and we had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable and there are a few extra amenities that truly make their place exceptional. I enjoyed going for morning walks along the lovely coastal trail. Thanks again and we will surely be back. Enjoy yourself and all there is to do in this lovely area! You won’t be disappointed with your decision to book.

Alot of care has been put into this condo, for my wife and I the most important part of renting a unit is the view and this one has it, The windows and porch wind break were clean and that takes effort! and made the view, we have been other places with under serviced windows, and it does take away from the experience. The condo has been beautifully remodeled and furnished. It is very comfortable, has a great location, and 180 degree view of the Monterey Bay. My wife and I stayed 7 days at the condo for our 30th anniversary. We had an amazing stay and highly recommend making a reservation for any occasion. Believe me when I say that the pictures on the Vrbo site do not do this stunning condo any justice. The views from the large patio door windows are breath taking and sitting on the patio is even better. My wife and I would open the doors all the way open, with drink in hand and just enjoy the breeze and the sound of crashing waves. From the views to the beautiful kitchen, to the ultra comfy king bed, we truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. To top it off, Sharon is a gem to deal with. She is highly responsive to any messages we sent and she went out of her way to accommodate us during our stay. Sharon provided multiple great recommendations for eating out and sight seeing. She did not miss on any of them! If you're looking for great place to stay in Aptos, I highly suggest getting in contact with Sharon and Kevin. Trust me, you will not regret it.

I am an interior designer from Dallas and I completely approve this condo! Every single detail shows great intentionality to comfort. You KNOW this host has anticipated your every comfort. Extremely well equipped and spotless. Small but lives much larger than its square footage. Honestly this lives very upscale and the kitchen is perfection. A Viking gas range? Yes indeed. Quartzite countertops? Dual drawer dishwasher? Yes! And the views!!! These views at this price point was unexpected for us, but combined with the luxe feel? We were blessed indeed. Don’t pass this up. Short drive to Monterey and walk to a nice beach. Perfection! Outstanding host!
