This detached 400 sq ft upstairs unit includes garage parking, a queen bed, walk-in shower, full kitchen, Roku TV, fast WiFi, and A/C. We supply bikes, beach chairs, and towels so you’re adventure-ready. Walk to the ocean, bay, boardwalk, and local eats. Your perfect seaside escape—just 6 miles from the airport!

You’ll have full access to the unit and all included amenities + garage parking. Garage parking for compact to standard sized cars. Oversized vehicles will have to park on the street. We supply boogie boards, beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys—everything needed for a full day of fun. There’s also a surf rental shop just a 3-minute walk away offering surfboards, wetsuits, paddle boards, kayaks, and more.

Guests may also use the coin-operated washer and dryer shared with the other units. Guest hours are before 10 AM or after 3 PM (reserved for housekeeping between 10 AM–3 PM).

The space is cozy and compact—perfect for 1–2 guests looking for a comfortable beach getaway. If you’re traveling with an infant or toddler, we can happily provide a Pack ’n Play and high chair upon request.

During the cooler months, please note that the furnace is non-functional; however, we provide space heaters that warm the unit comfortably.

Enjoy access to a shared BBQ and two outdoor patio areas, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. These spaces are shared with the other vacation rentals in the complex, so feel free to say hello and meet fellow travelers during your stay.

You’ll also have access to a dedicated single-car garage, ideal for most compact and midsize vehicles. Because of the slight incline at the garage entrance, very low cars or vehicles with low undercarriages may have difficulty entering. If your car doesn’t fit, street parking is available.
