Belle propriété sur l'eau. Profitez d'un long quai pour une vue magnifique et d'une échelle pour accéder facilement à l'eau. Situé à 5 min. du nouveau casino de Bridgeport, NY. Détendez-vous en famille sur notre terrasse de 30 'qui offre aux visiteurs un excellent emplacement pour cuisiner et admirer la beauté environnante. Ne craignez pas de louer une maison et d'être au sommet du voisin d'à côté ... Pas avec notre emplacement. Vous aurez plus qu'assez d'espace pour vous sentir à l'aise et vous détendre. Notre disposition de couchage est 2 chambres en bas des escaliers avec des lits doubles et une grande chambre à l'étage avec 3 lits jumeaux. Même si les gens veulent s'éloigner avec quelques coups, vous disposez du WIFI ainsi que de la climatisation pour une pause de la chaleur. Notre quai est pour la marche, la pêche et les bains de soleil, nous ne permettons pas aux bateaux d'être attachés au quai (il endommage le quai) C'est l'endroit idéal pour des vacances confortables et calmes. Spacious Property with Great Views

Enjoyed our stay in the spacious accommodations with a large lawn and great views from the deck and living room windows. Check in and out process was super easy. Location is convenient (20 minutes or less to just about anything you need).

Most enjoyable vacation

The house was very clean. The kitchen had everything a person would need, The living room has a big TV and a very soft couch which made it difficult to stay awake. There's a large porch where you can BBQ and it's just a short walk to the lake where there's a long dock to fish or just watch the sunset ot sunrise. It was a very plesant perfect vacation home. We'll will return

Perfect for my family

We loved our stay!! Perfect off the main road, large yard for our extended family to come for a day of swimming, bbq, fishing and playing corn hole. Huge deck was perfect for sitting out enjoying sunset. We cooked outside on brick fire/grill area and then had a camp fire two of our nights. House location was a short ride from two different fishing charters for my 13 year old boys and husband. We all floated on tubes in the lake and just enjoyed. House was air conditioned which was greatly appreciated with the hot temperatures and humidity first couple of days. WE felt Mrs Mezzo truly wanted us to enjoy our stay. We will be back again!!!

Needs some love

Great location, but the hill to the water was a lot for me. Not a big deal for my daughter and her cousins. The exterior could use a pressure washer. The place is a lot bigger than is looks on the website though. Could be fully wheelchair accessible with a ramp. Kitchen cupboard contents were a little confusing. Had to buy a couple things to make it functional for our stay (left them for the next occupants).

Beautiful sunsets and a short ride to Syracuse University

We really enjoyed out stay! We picked this spot for its location in relation to Syracuse University. Our oldest son was moving into the dorms and we wanted to stay for the week without being cramped in a hotel and forced to dine out for every meal. This was perfect. It was only about a 20 minute ride to campus. The house has been recently renovated so the bathroom, floors and furniture were clean and new. It also had a new mini split air conditioner that kept the temperature comfortable. We were lucky enough to get some beautiful weather and spent 2 full days at the house enjoying the lake. We cooked on the grill, spent lots of time on the dock, and floated in the water. It was private and peaceful. The sunsets were truly amazing every night. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

As promised

This is a nice quiet property on the lake, with a nice dock to swim from (or watch the sunsets). The host met us on check-in to explain the property and show its features. I hadn’t brought a hair dryer (and anyway am from England so my own wouldn’t work on American electricity). I messaged the host who said there wasn’t one but he immediately went out on a Sunday and bought a very nice one and delivered it to the house within a couple of hours. (So now there is a hair dryer!) Everything else you might need is included. The hosts were very pleasant and responsive.

Excellent experience!

First off, the home owner is the best host I have ever had. He met me at the house, walked me through everything and was readily available at any moment. The house is perfectly situated and has everything you need to feel like you are at home. You have a view of the lake from just about every area of the home. I’m looking forward to spending time again there next summer. Highly recommended.

Beautiful lake, relaxing vacation home

We enjoyed our time at this relaxing, well-appointed vacation home right on Lake Oneida. There is a large yard and outdoor porch with beautiful view of the lake. The house was the perfect size for our family of 4 including 2 younger teens. Everything we needed to cook was provided. The TV and internet worked very well. The house could use a little TLC however that did not detract from our wonderful time.
