Enjoy the added on living room for more space to spread out! Bedrooms are NOT pass through, max occupancy is 5 guests.

Wifi for all our guests. ALL flat screen HD TVs, 60" smart Tv in living room with Netflix that you can log onto your account! 32' in dining room 43" Smart TV in guest bedroom, 43" smart TV in Master bedroom! Crock pot, all kitchen gadgets, outdoor shower and much more!

Relax and recharge in our tropically furnished fully updated 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom vacation home on 9th Street. King bed in Master bedroom, Queen in guest room, twin sleeper sofa, and full-size futon affords many sleeping options!

Walk over to Sunset Park for a sunset you will long remember.

Kitchen is fully equipped and completely updated with new cabinets, granite countertops, convection/regular 6 burner oven, stainless steel appliances, spices or you can enjoy cooking your catch on the gas grill, or there are many great restaurants in the immediate area.

All linens and towels included!

2-person kayak and 2 single kayaks plus a new paddleboard are available for our guests at no extra charge!

Please bring your boat as the private 37.5' deep water dockage (included) can handle significant vessels. You will be ready for some of the best fishing, snorkeling and diving in the world via the quick access to the Atlantic Ocean and Gulf of Mexico through Vaca Cut. Room for boat trailer. There is a fish cleaning table, bait freezer, extra fridge/freezer for food and drinks and an outdoor shower!

Enjoy our membership to serene and quiet Cabana Club
(VERY RARE for rentals!), beach chairs included and also the with jr. Olympic size heated or chilled pool, private beach, snack bar, restaurant, poolside and beach side servers.

There are also 5 adult and 2 kids beach cruiser bikes to explore the island included with rental! We have hammocks, a corn hole game and a GREAT underwater dock light to watch the sea life in the evening from the dock! Even manatees have been seen!

There are 2 sets of golf clubs for your use at Key Colony golf course on 8th St (par 3-9 hole)

Key colony

Overall a very good property. The location is good boating access for ocean and gulf.Trailer parking is adequate for 22ft boat. Mught be tight for bigger. Nicely furnished. Only con was AC in bedroom was too loud to watch TV in there. Inch beach was a small beach, good as keys beaches go.

Key Colony Beach Escape

The property is exactly as shown on VRBO. It was very clean and ready for our stay. Dee was very responsive for the minor problems that came up, even notifying us about the town having a water main break and subsequent boil order. The bikes and kayaks are a big plus along with the Cabana Club. I can't say enough good things about Dee.

Amazing time

The house location and amenities were great! We could stay in one place and never get bored - pool, kayaks, bikes, beaches ... everything in one place. The house had everything we needed and more, great location, close to other attractions. Dee as a host could not be more friendly and gracious, communication was flawless. Thank you and we will be back for sure!

Our host was perfect in her instructions. She was very specific on where everything was, what we could use, etc... Weather not withstanding we still enjoyed our stay. Beautiful home, relaxing,I highly reccomend if you grt a chance to stay here, Dont pass it up.

Great family location

The house was just as described! The owner was amazing and always a text away, if needed. We brought our boat and this property was perfect with the bait fridge and freezers! Very clean, comfortable and cozy! Thank you Dee for sharing your home with us. Just right!

Wonderful house and location

The property was clean and well kept. Communication with Dee the owner was great. She was quick to respond to questions, gave great local suggestions, and made sure we had everything we needed. Check in was easy. We had 4 people. 2 adults and 2 “teens” who were both 18. The spot had sun and shade. Looking at the canal everyday was a treat. The bikes, kayaks and paddle boards were an added bonus. IF you have small children this might not be the place for you. The water access is very easy (a plus for us) and the cabana pool does not allow toys. So little ones might not be happy about that. Inch beach was right up the road and the cabana pool does have beach access as well. We tried to book for next year, but the dates we needed were taken already. We would book here again and hopefully can when our schedule isn’t so limited.

It’s all here!

Very comfortable duplex with most everything provided for fun and relaxation! No need to leave Key Colony Beach except for groceries. Bikes, kayaks, beaches, fishing in the canal right at the house… It’s all here! Highly recommend!

Family fun

Our first family vacation to the keys!!!!! Absolutely amazing! We had a wonderful time and The Keys Escape was everything we could have hoped for. Very clean and well maintained property, equipped with all we needed to meet our needs. Dee was great with giving us all the information before we arrived and was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. Thanks again for a memorable time! We loved it!!!

Clean and comfortable. Great Location

Great location. The Caban club was a nice treat. The waterfront bulkhead was convenient for docking our boat. The beds were extremely comfortable and the home was exceptionally clean. The living room and family room furniture could use some updating, however everything was clean and comfortable.

Week in paradise

Dee stands for details! Lovely place to stay in the central keys! Coffee on the canal every morning. Appreciated the passes for Inch Beach and the Cabana Club! Beach chairs and cooler were great! Perfect place to stay with excellent location. Thank you Dee!

Great week in KCB!!!!

This was our second year in a row staying in KCB and our first time staying at Dee's place. The place was just as described .It was roomy and clean. The king bed in the master was very comfortable. We rented a boat for a few days and it was great to be able to dock right on the canal. It was great to have the bikes to use and I also used the golf clubs one day. We did not use the paddleboard or kayak since we rented the boat. We definetley will next time. We enjoy the Cabana Club and also went to Inch Beach one day. Also enjoyed the Key Colony Inn for dinner and drinks a couple times. We hope to return next year.

Boater's paradise

Our family of four loved your water front home! It was a perfect layout both inside and out. We easily moored our boat right out back and relaxed in the comfortable Adirondack chairs by the water's edge. The separate bait freezer worked great for our daily fishing trips and my daughter loved exploring the canals on your paddle board and kayaks. The living area was extremely comfortable and the beds were great after a long day of exploring the keys. We look forward to returning again soon! Thank you!

Cute spot - great stay for price

Key Colony is wonderful in the winter months for weather when we have visited. The property has many nice touches. Close to some great restaurants and Sombrero Beach, Turtle Hospital, a Publix! The membership to Cabana Club and Inch Beach make it very special. Some of nicest beaches (not rocky) to get into in the Keys. Place is not fancy, but comfy and has space for a family. Nice large island in the kitchen and bigger than I thought from the photos. Patio very nice and calming. Getting kayaks into the water is not super easy. Kayaks were water logged and heavy. Hard to lift up out of canal. Bikes could use updates like handles (some only have tape) and new seats on a couple. But a nice extra that comes with this spot. Bikes hard to get in and out of shed. Shed area was a bit crowded and could use organizing for someone that might bother, we were fine with it. We are an active family so we used bikes daily to get to beach and club. Having chair and umbrellas a coolers provided and super nice bonus. Sadly my husband broke an umbrella but we ordered a replacement- the wind just took it way one day at beach. Watch out for gusts of air. 3 dolphins swam by us first day around 8:30am in the canal. Lots of birds and fish in canals. Great views and sunsets on patio. Owner extremely nice and helpful. This is my 11th trip to the Keys. Would we return 1 yes. Tons of space and extras for a very reasonable price. Kids board games also. Suggestions just because I felt some of my clean obsessed friends would appreciate this reviewed and suggested.. Kitchen has lots of items. I would clean it up a bit and minimize hard to remember where things go. I would also organize and clean the shed and leave more laundry soap and more toilet paper for guests. No one wants to spend extra $ for that on vacation and buy 4 rolls when you might need one. Closet in 2nd bedroom is musty with the golf clubs and needs deep cleaning. The house is a duplex and you can definitely hear through the walls. We could hear the boys next door coughing and talking in the morning through the wall. We didn’t mind but if you are a light sleeper or total quiet is your goal know you share the backyard pretty much and can hear through the walls and hear your neighbors. Dee responds quickly and you can tell she cares about her guests having a great time. Overall great spot! Enjoy!

Lovely location!

We had a fabulous time at the home. It’s quiet, clean and so close to restaurants, the beach and pool. Everyone encountered within the community was very friendly. We would absolutely come back again!!

We had a wonderful week at Keys Escape. This house had everything you could ask for and more. Great communication from Dee all throughout the process. The house was so comfortable and clean, easily one of the nicest VRBO’s we have ever stayed in. Thank you!!!

Clean and relaxing

The home was beautiful, clean and filled with everything you needed. Every room had its own air-conditioning, fan, TV for comfort. Even the bathrooms were beautiful!! The outside was amazing. Lots of chairs to sit and watch the boats, wildlife and fish. People at the cabana club were very nice and we enjoyed the food and pool while there... Dee was great in helping me with all my questions. 100% satisfied with everything.
