Discover a well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, counter seating, and a table for two, a dining table with seating for six - ideal for meals and rainy day games - and a sunlit living area with a sectional sofa, gas fireplace, flatscreen TV, and sliding door access out to a furnished balcony complete with a gas grill. And on the second-floor, off one of two bedrooms, you'll find another balcony with a private hot tub! With the beach right in your backyard, and the heart of Rockaway Beach just a few blocks away, you cannot beat the location of this wonderful getaway.

Loved the location for the 4th! Only thing that could have been better was the hot tub temperature. It would not go over 99 degrees when we were in it.

Lovely Getaway

The place was spotless and stylish—no complaints there! Just a couple of friendly heads-ups for future renters: First, the checkout time is sneakily tucked away in the VRBO listing. I only discovered after check-in that it’s a very ambitious 10am—earlier than any checkout I’ve ever had. I asked for a later time but was told (very politely) that 10am is non-negotiable. Second, if you tend to sniffle from ocean breezes or allergies, pack your own tissues! I made the rookie mistake of relying on toilet paper and now my nose feels like it’s been exfoliated with sandpaper.

Great for families

My family of 4 was very comfortable here! The kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable, and lots of space overall. Loved that the beach was right outside our back door.

Amazing location

This was steps away from the beach !!! Location was amazing Walking distance to everything in Rockaway It was well equipped with every thing we needed it was very spacious and a comfortable getaway for our family Would love to stay there again

quaint, relatively private and deceptively dirty.

Directions to The property were accurate, and it was relatively easy to find. The door code; however, was quite long and became cumbersome to manage. While the property did not smell bad, it was quite dirty with crusty carpets, moldy window shades and shower contains, and a few desiccated used contact lenses of note. The location; however was in close proximity to the local beach, as well as nearby surf breaks. Local stores and restaurants were limited, but folks seemed quite friendly. I would recommend this property for fishing crews or surfer crews looking for an economical surf trip option.

Rockaway getaway

I’ve stayed in this condo complex before and it always suits our needs. The hot tub was nice and the location is perfect. Place was clean and well stocked with what we needed. Would stay there again.

Great place

We loved our stay over Thanksgiving. This place was well equipped with everything we could have needed. The fireplace was nice to sit in front of and watch the ocean waves. Only complaint was the fridge/freezer wasn't working correctly and the ice cream we had got, melted. They sent someone over right away but he was unable to fix it, as he was going to call a technician. Despite that... Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we would stay again!

Great location, not great amenities

We were specifically looking for a beach front location with a grill and a hot tub. - Unfortunately, the grill is 99.9% rust (no BBQ cover on the Oregon coast??!!) and *completely* unusable. Definitely pack your food accordingly. - The hot tub works but it is partially uncovered and sits right underneath a ledge that drips so hard on you if it's raining. "So move to the other side of the tub" is what you're thinking, right? It's only fits 2 people so there is really no way to escape getting rained on. It's also incredibly loud and directly off of the master bedroom so don't expect to hear any ocean waves at night. Overall, the proximity to the beautiful coast and the cute Rockaway Beach shops were good but we probably would look for a different place next time.

Great base camp

Our family had a blast playing on the beach. Lots of fun beach toys and highchairs/gates for the 3 levels made the stay easy, but bring your own kid toys
