Everything was great overall we had a few small issues and they were very responsive and took care of the issues promptly. It’s nice having someone who you can send a message to and they actually respond quickly. We would definitely stay again.

This condo was amazing for our family of 4 (kids 8 & 10). The layout of this condo was particularly nice because it wasn't the typical narrow kitchen/living room with limited view of the ocean from the living area. Instead the living area and dining area were very spacious. We also liked the privacy of the bedrooms being on opposite ends of the condo. Everyone loved having floor to ceiling windows in each room for gorgeous views of the Gulf no matter where you were. The balcony was spacious and the unit had everything you could have needed as far as cookware and dishes. They even had quite the assortment of beach items and toys. The host was amazing and extremely responsive to messages. Thank you for a wonderful stay in your beautiful place.

The owners are using the space underneath the king bed and one of the queen beds as a storage space. Very very dusty underneath the bed. They say they have a good bed skirt to keep the dust separated underneath the bed. There was a very strong odor inside the house compared to going outside. I requested them to change the furnace air filter, which they did since the due date for a filter change had just passed.I will not rent this place again.

Thank you for your feedback. We were sorry to hear that you were unhappy with these aspects of your stay. When you contacted us with your concerns, we personally came to the condo to address them. The items underneath the beds were the owner's personal belongings, neatly stored in containers beneath the beds and concealed by the bed skirts. When you expressed concern about dust on the storage containers, we pulled them out and addressed the area for you. You also mentioned an odor in the condo and requested that the HVAC filter be changed. Although we did not notice an unusual odor when we came to the unit, we changed the filter at your request. We take the cleanliness of our properties very seriously and were happy to address each concern you brought to our attention during your stay. We are disappointed that these issues ultimately overshadowed your experience, but we appreciate your feedback.

Everything was clean and as expected. Host was excellent with communication prior to the trip and smooth check-in. The beach chairs and umbrella rental was a nice convenience and the unit was very clean. We loved the large patio and the wide view to the ocean from the open living and kitchen area which is not common for many oceanfront units we've stayed in the past. The beach is excellent and the larger pool has a poolside bar with food which is convenient. Very close to Walmart for groceries. If you go to Pineapple Willy's make sure to get a reservation as it fills up quick - it's a popular spot! Bella Roma down the road was excellent for an italian dinner. St. Andrews State Park is just a short drive if you want to go shelling (go early to beat the traffic rush if you go on the weekend). You will enjoy your stay here!

This was our first time staying in this condo and we loved it! The communication with the host was top tier. 5 stars for responsiveness!The condo was clean and smelled great. We had some issues with the tubs being dirty but that was quickly resolved with a simple message to the host. This was no fault to the host. Obviously the beach view is amazing! The room is located right next to/above the gate to the beach so we could watch our older kids go down. Beds are comfy. Kitchen WELL equipped. We made dinner 4 out of 8 nights. Dishware for kids was a bonus! Balcony chairs were great for morning coffee and breakfast. I fell asleep on the balcony every night in the lounge chair. We love staying at Long Beach Resort! The pools, the hot tubs, the easy beach access, the cleanliness of the grounds, parking, quick elevators. Everything we look for when staying at the beach! We cannot wait for another year to pass so we can come back!

Everything was great for my husband, myself and our young adult children. The 2 bedrooms are separated which is perfect for our older children and the two larger beds in second bedroom worked out great! We had plenty of room. The place is located pretty central to everything. The chairs and umbrella at the beach that are included are a big bonus plus the two beach chairs in the room! Place is very laid back and parking was never an issue. We’ve tried a few other places over the years and think we’ve found our favorite now!
