This brand-new 5-bedroom, 3.5-bath lakefront home on the shores of Sugar Maple Lake offers the ideal blend of modern comfort, family-friendly amenities, and classic Wisconsin lake life. With room for 10 guests, plus additional sleeping on living room sofa pull-out sleepers, this spacious retreat is designed for families, groups, and anyone looking to unwind and explore the outdoors.

Step inside to an open, bright, and inviting floor plan where everyone can spread out. The main living area offers plenty of comfortable seating, large windows with serene lake views, and easy access to the deck and patio. The well-equipped kitchen makes group meals a breeze, while the dining space is perfect for gathering after a day on the water.

The five thoughtfully designed bedrooms ensure restful nights for the whole group. The master bedroom features a special treat—a massage chair for ultimate relaxation.

Outside, you’ll love the lakefront setting complete with a private dock and two kayaks for guest use. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
