Belle propriété familiale spacieuse 2 chambres au rez-de-chaussée dans copropriété ensoleillée Cocoa Beach, en Floride. Parfait pour une escapade en couple ou des vacances en famille. Profitez de la paix et la tranquillité de l'océan Atlantique à quelques pas de ce calme, vierge, complexe. Accès à la plage est clôturé et sécurisé. Mise à jour, entièrement meublé avec climatisation centrale. Doté de deux chambres, une salle de bain, manger dans la cuisine, salle familiale à marcher sur un patio privé. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables. Grande chambre des maîtres avec lit queen size. Deuxième chambre avec deux lits jumeaux.
Le complexe propose des activités familiales du site, y compris un jeu de palets, terrain de pétanque, terrain de tennis, et une piscine chauffée. Sur installations de buanderie disponibles.
Condo est situé au centre. 50 minutes route panoramique côtière pour la ville vers le bas Disney, Orlando Sanford International et Aéroports. Situé à quelques minutes des attractions de Cap Canaveral et Kennedy Space Center. À distance de marche des épiceries, des magasins et des pharmacies locales. Le condo est à quelques minutes à Merritt Island et de la rivière Banana offrant jet ski et la location de bateau, kayak, quotidiens croisières de casino, lamantins et dauphins montres, des dizaines de restaurants, Walmart, terrain de golf public et commercial.

Once again I had a wonderful stay at Karen & Anthony’s condo! The unit was spotless, the location excellent, and check-in was smooth & easy. The hosts were great to deal with and very responsive. Everything was exactly as described and made for a comfortable, relaxing visit. I would highly recommend this condo to anyone visiting the area.

We had an excellent stay. The condo is clean, modern and has everything you need. There’s a shopping plaza within walking distance that has a supermarket, restaurants and many other shops.Great communication from the owners made the checkin/checkout process simple.

Anthony is super friendly. His unit is very clean. It had everything we needed. We loved being on the end, and on the first floor. We were steps from the beach. We would love to stay at another one of Anthony's properties again. Could not recommend him or his property enough.

We loved it!

The condo is clean and well kept, with comfortable beds. It has a large patio area where you can sit outside and enjoy the warm summer evenings. It's just a short walk to the beach, the grocery store and not far from the clothing stores. We really enjoyed our stay!

Very accomodating unit for vacationing by the beach. Nice & easy communication with the host. The accomodations were good, with everything you need. Great shower! It was nice to be on the first floor end unit.

Nice location

Really close to a nice beach. Many beach toys available. Really quiet complex. Stocked kitchen. Unit had washer, drier and dishwasher.

Beautiful Place

The condo was recently remodeled, well taken care of, amenities were great And we would definitely come back. Communications with Anthony were great. Had great fun at the pool as well as on the beach. Highly recommend the condo to anyone visiting Cocoa Beach.

Perfect little gem

Clean, nice pool, 1 minute walk to the beach. Close to Ron Jons with in walking distance. Great restaurants and Publix grocery across the street. Would recommend to family and friends. Owners were friendly and prompt with returning Any messages. Thank you again!

Great Condo

The Diplomat is an older condo complex but this recently remodeled unit covered all of the bases. Clean, quiet, comfortable, and well equipped. Midway between beach and pool. Host is very receptive and all info was given to us in a timely manner. We will rent here again.

Great place for the price

Very cozy little place,perfect for family of 4. Very close to the beach only like 2 min of walking to the beack,has everything you need for beach chairs,umbrella,cooler and sand toys for kids over all nice plays just little dark as the windows in shade so we wanted more sun light and i wish the beds where softer as I sleep on medium firm bed at home other then that everything alls was great for 10 day stay…big plus to have loundry in the unit and also the complex have the public tennis rockets with balls and other stuff to play games,over all we would stay in the place again

Cocoa beach condo

We had a wonderful time. The condo was clean and had everything we could need. The location was perfect. Restaurants, grocery stores were within walking distance. Beach was literally a five minute walk and so was the pool. It was also in a very good area I felt very safe. I would definitely come back. Thank you to Anthony and Karen for being great hosts.

It is our second time at this condo. Anthony is such a good host. His place in clean smell good and welcoming with always a personal message on a board. The condo unit is perfect for a family nothing is missing. Owner is very accessible and so nice. Thank you Antony see you next year

Enjoyable

Anthony and Karen are great hosts. Timely answers to any questions we had. Great condo to rent. 110% a better condo than the one we stayed in 2 years ago at the same location. Only complaint is that we thought a better mattress would be nice. It was awfully hard. We highly recommend this condo to anyone.
