Situé dans le look Eastward souhaitable, cette maison immaculée est à un demi-mile de Scarborough Beach. Nouvelle climatisation sans conduit installée en 2019! Profitez d'un barbecue sur notre immense terrasse arrière tout en profitant de la brise de l'océan. La cour clôturée est parfaite pour les petits enfants. Chariot de plage, grande glacière et jouets de plage inclus pour votre commodité. Beaucoup de stationnement hors rue. Tous les draps fournis ainsi que les serviettes de bain et de plage. Maison spacieuse avec télévision connectée à écran plat de 50 "dans le salon ainsi que des écrans plats dans 2 chambres, Internet haute vitesse sans fil, tv fios et DVD. Cuisine entièrement équipée, 2e réfrigérateur dans la buanderie. Aire de jeux de quartier, courts de tennis et basket-ball à seulement 2 pâtés de maisons. Nouveaux matelas en mousse à mémoire dans 4 chambres.

This is our third summer returning to this vacation home. The house suits our family of young children and adults extremely well. There are plenty of bedrooms, a well stocked kitchen and very well stocked beach gear, towels and chairs. We had a blast!

House was very nice and included many extras. The patio set up was great and we enjoyed the fire pit one night. We had a super time with our family and our extended family rented in the neighborhood too.

Nice Walk to the Beach

Second time we stayed in this neighborhood. Perfect for families - walk to the beach, walk to the park with a playground and tennis courts. House was clean and spacious - exactly what we needed.

Great Vacay Home

Loved every second of our trip! Great location…away from the crowds but close to beach, great restaurants, and grocery store. House was fully loaded, if I thought about it, it was there. Perfect for my whole family including my 90 yr old grandmother. Can’t wait to go back!

Great family beach house

Wonderful house to vacation with my my family which included 6 adults and two grandchildren ages 2.5 and 2 mos. The beach house very well equipped with all kitchen utensils needed, high chair, children’s toys, beach equipment, fire pit, two outdoor tables and so much more. Also 5 minute drive or 15 minute walk to the beach. Just a great beach house rental!!

Perfect getaway

We have been renting in various locations in RI over the past 10 years and this by far has been our favorite. Kathy is an amazing hostess and the rental has every feature you could ask for. Thank you for everything (including tips on firework locations) and hope to rent from you in the future!

A Lovely Stay

We had a lovely stay. This house was comfortable and very clean. Kathy was immediately responsive to any question. We especially appreciated that she had beach towels, beach chairs, a high chair, travel crib, kids books and toys and most of all a wagon in which to take our things to the beach. We would return!

Great beach home!

This beach house has everything you need for a great vacation! From beach towels, beach chairs, outdoor shower, yard games, and plenty of amenities inside the house as well! We had 5 grandkids with us- I loved that they were able to all sleep upstairs while the adults stayed in the 2 bedrooms downstairs. Great walking neighborhood and just a short drive to Narragansett, Pointe Judith, and Galilee.

Terrific house

This is the best house we've stay in in over 30 years visiting Narragansett. Spacious, clean and comfortable. Plenty of room for our family of 6 adults and infant. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our own meals and have 18 family members for dinner.The yard was perfect for family games. Terrific AC and spectacular outdoor shower. We recommend this home unreservedly.

Excellent!!

The house is spacious, clean and in a really nice neighborhood. The house is as described in the description. We enjoyed being close to the beach. The proximity to the tennis courts was also a big plus. Kathy communicated all of the necessary information well and replied promptly when we had a few follow-up questions. I highly recommend this house and we look forward to returning again next Summer!

Clean, spacious, and ideal location!

From the seamless communication with Kathy to the immaculate and spacious house to the adorable neighborhood and proximity to the beach, this house is perfect! We stayed here with two other families and there was ample room both inside and outside — the bedroom layout is great (3 on the first floor and 2 on the second floor) and the backyard is completely fenced in (a must-have for our young kiddos) and well-equipped with seating, a grill, a fire pit, and a spacious outdoor shower! We had a wonderful time riding our bikes in the neighborhood and going to Scarborough beach every day! Thanks for a fabulous vacation!

Great for family get together

We stayed at this lovely house for a weeklong family vacation with my immediate family (husband + 2 year old), sister, dad and his spouse and it was perfect. It is perfectly outfitted for having a toddler stay with a pack n play and high chair. The house was also very clean. There was everything you could need for the beach (wagon, chairs, coolers, towels) which was really helpful since we flew in. A bonus was the two bedrooms by the laundry were perfect for my husband, daughter and I to stay in because it was so quiet. We didn’t have to worry about our daughter going to bed early and being woken by the rest of us who don’t go to bed at 7:30pm. Overall wonderful stay!

Clean, functional, and spacious

The three bedrooms in the main house are surprisingly large, with walk-in closets and queen beds. The garage was renovated to add another two bedrooms along with a laundry and storage space. All of our guests had ample, and pleasant space with their own flatscreen televisions, ductless mini splits, and comfortable bedding and mattresses. A half bath in the garage area would have been a helpful addition though as we all had to share two bathrooms. In warmer weather, the outdoor shower would help alleviate that problem. We had a cold, rainy weekend, but a big group would certainly enjoy the meticulously maintained yard and patio in nicer weather. We walked to the beach each day, but I would probably drive if you’re bringing children, and/or beach stuff for the day. We found it to be about a 10-15 minute walk. Many good stores and restaurants are a short drive away. The host was extremely responsive throughout our trip. We had a small problem on a Saturday morning and someone came over within the hour and fixed it. I would certainly stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a big place for family and friends.

Perfect Location and Space

Wonderful home and perfect for our family of 4 ( 20+ yea4 old kids) ! Enough space so my kids each had a friend visit for a night and my parents stayed over one night so they did not have to drive in the dark…lol ! Nobody was on top of each other….spaced out rooms with comfortable beds. My sister and her family stayed four streets over so we could all walk back and forth. My husband had a brain bleed in January and we did t think he’d live, then after lots of up and downs he was on the mend but we didn’t think he’d make our annual Narragansett trip but a miracle happened and he was released the day before our vacation. A bedroom / bathroom on the first floor and a roomy outdoor private shower made this all possible. It was our best vacation ever! We have rented in this neighborhood for 10 years and this is the first house we want to book for next year same time. It had everything we needed, well stocked and organized. Linens included was also a big plus! ! It is the kind of house that everyone definitely loves; you can tell the previous renters left behind paper goods and little things like that ….so we did the same leaving a few small things like toilet paper, Tupperware and firewood. Easy to sweep and keep organized due to the open floor plan. Driveway was spacious too so some friends came to visit for the day and we didn’t have to meet in a commuter lot. Great house

My family and I wanted to spend the Christmas holiday in Narragansett and this house was perfect for our needs. The host, Kathy could not have been more accommodating. I highly recommend her as a host and get home. We had a great time!!

We are formerly from Cumberland, R.I. and moved to Arizona a few years ago. We miss the beaches in Narragansett in the summer and wanted a place of our own to come back to occasionally. We are excited to share it with you.
