Guests will have access to all areas of the property.

We want all of our guests to have a great time, however Villa Paradise View is not set up to be a party house. Villa Paradise View is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, so if you intend on partying until the early morning hours, then this is not where you want to be. There needs to be absolutely no music/noise on the patio/pool area after 11:00 pm.

No smoking indoors. No drugs of any kind. No noise/music on the pool deck area after 11:00 pm. This is a quiet residential neighborhood.

It is recommended that guests rent a car during their stay as public transportation and taxis are limited in the area.

Villa Paradise View has a master suite, guest suite and a family/kids suite with a set of 2 bunk beds. All common areas and bedrooms are fully air conditioned. The living room opens into an alfresco style outdoor dining space with an incredible ocean view that you can enjoy from the huge wraparound terrace. The kitchen is fully equipped and the property offers smart tv's and a strong Wi Fi connectivity throughout the villa. There is parking available for up to 3 cars. It is recommended that guests rent a car during their stay as public transportation and taxis are limited in the area.
