Condo was nice, loved that they had a closet of sand toys and beach equipment, great cause we left our net for crabbing. Check in was easy, for payment they did take the first through vrbo but required the other payment to them. Sent a check and saved those fees. Only sad note this week was the ice maker did not work.

The stay was great however after you book and pay the initial deposit they ask you to pay the rest outside of the app. I had to communicate with someone from VRBO to make sure it was legit because I had never been asked to pay outside of the app or had a host communicate outside of the app before. After confirming it put my mind at ease. This was a great stay especially for the price!

Excellent...yes we are a professional property management company with over 150 properties. We are also a Premier Partner with VRBO so we are the merchant of record for payment processing. It is different than a single unit host but all good. So glad you found us! Pinkie:)))

We just returned from a stay 7/18-7/24. Pinkie was super responsive and a wealth of information prior to our vacation. The condo was an excellent choice for us, it had everything we needed and more! There were 2 blow dryers, one in each bathroom, so no need to bring your own. There was also a small closet stocked with beach buckets, crab catching nets, and a football. The view of the ocean from the back balcony is even better than the property listing pictures! There is also an additional balcony on the front of the unit as well. I have zero complaints about our stay, or the condo - everything was so nice and perfect for our family! My only critique would be the lack of window treatments in the living room master bedroom. The unit does not have any window treatments in the living room with windows surrounding the living room area, so if you plan to have someone sleeping in the living room you should plan to bring a sleep mask for them to use. The master bedroom has a panel of blinds covering the sliding glass door entry to the balcony, but there are several blinds missing from the ends and one blind directly in the center of the blind panel. Again, not a deal breaker at all for us just a heads up in the event you’re not trying to wake up with the sun each morning. The secondary bedroom has plantation blinds which are perfection! In closing, the unit was perfect for our family for a one week stay at the beach. The beach was beautiful we will definitely be back!

Once you book through VRBO, you don’t do anything else through VRBO. I had trouble getting in touch with the host on how to pay the remaining balance. You will pay remaining balance outside of VRBO. The property I felt could have been cleaner. I know we’re at the beach but my son complained about sand being in his bed the first night we were there and we hadn’t even been to the beach yet. Not sure if he picked it up on the floor or what. There was also something on the shower curtain in one of the bathrooms that was a little gross and I think the showers could use deeper cleanings. This rental also doesn’t come with complimentary chairs and umbrella. I’ve stayed at mainsail since before they even did chairs and this is the first place I’ve rented that didn’t come with chairs and I didn’t realize it until I got the check in instructions so plan on bringing chairs or buying them. Most of the windows did not have blinds, so sometimes it was hard to watch tv because of a glare, but the view was beautiful. This condo was beautiful and had everything you needed to stay and overall my family had a great stay!
