This was an amazing place to stay if you’re ever visiting Florida! Host was so communicative and helpful with everything, the house was great with all the amenities to account for our 2 week stay. Definitely coming back here again!

Miramar Beach 2025

Playin Hooke is an amazing place. It was very clean and perfect for my crew! Everything was nice and clean. The host responded quickly with any questions! Hopefully in the future, we can pay a little extra for the golf cart usage (hint hint) We will definitely book again!

As the ad stated ...

The house and property were "as stated". seemed to bend over backwards to answer our questions. More specifically: the property is in a great location, is well maintained, is a five (maybe six) minute walk from the beautiful beach, and within easy driving or even doable walking distance to stores and restaurants. Additionally , the hosts were great- answering all of our questions about the property and the area.

Great House

This house was perfect, from location to amenities and communication with the owners. Quick walk to the beach, shopping and grocery store just a short drive away. Will definitely book again for other next trip to Destin.

Great place! Would stay again

Overall this place was great. Plenty of room for my family, we celebrated my husbands 50th birthday. The air conditioner reset every 12 hours to 73-74 degrees! We finally figured that out with the help of the owner how to stop that from happening. The listing also stated there were beach towels, however there were not. So that's annoying, i could've brought my own! We will stay again! Overall great stay and i would stay again but

Clean, Spacious, and Convenient

The host Mrs. Mabel helped us get in contact with a great company to rent a golf cart that we could ride everywhere we needed! We enjoyed the beach, pool, Grocery store, shopping all right there. There was plenty of room for us with our group of 7 guests and the back yard was perfect for the kids! We would definitely stay here again!

Great house is a great location!

My family really enjoyed staying here! Very close proximity to everything in the area. The neighborhood pool is a big plus on the double red flag days! The walk to the beach is not far at all. We hope to be back sooner than later!

Easy Walk to the Beach Living Like A Local

Very welcoming home and set up very nicely. Presents like the pictures show. Our family of 8 had a great time visiting Destin and the beaches. Loved shopping at Publix for our groceries. Thrifting at the local thrift stores. Escapeology for some Escape room antics, Destin Pier for fishing. We would love to visit in the fall so we could use the beautiful patio and firepit. Maybe bring a fan and citronella candles if you want to enjoy the deck and grill area this summer. I would of loved a Black and Decker vaccuum as well, we always had to sweep after returning from the beach. Otherwise the house has everything else you would need to enjoy a fabulous time in Destin living like a local.

Beautiful house in a great location!

The house was beautifully decorated, it had plenty of space and was equipped with almost everything you could think of. The grill on the back porch came in handy with our 2 family vacation of 8 people! If you think you overpacked, you probably did. They have ice chest, sand toys, beach chairs, stroller, bicycles and all! We didnt use everything but if you forgot it, no worries they probably have it! The hosts were great with good communication and quick response times. The house is 3 minutes from a big grocery store, a 5 minute walk to the beach and a few minutes walk puts you on the strip of all the souvenir and beach shops/restaurants. We would definitely stay again! We loved it!

House was amazing. accomodates family of 10 easily.great host ,she called to check on usto see if we had any questions. 2 blocks from the beach access.We used the public access down the street because the beach access for the house was not accommadating for our family of 10 . too many rented umbrellas and chairs and not much room for anyone else.good vicinity to local eateries.

Great location. Away from the hustle and bustle, but close still enough to enjoy what the area has to offer. Lots of room in the house and very clean. House is full of all the basics a family will need.

Family of 6 beach stay!

Very convenient beach home! Loved having a whole house to our self. Short distance to beach. We rented a golf cart which made the short trip to the beach even better. We have stayed near Destin many times and this beats a condo you have to take stuff up and down stairs. They had plenty of beach chairs/toys we were able to use in the garage as well, we usually have less room in the car because we have to bring our own but this time everything we needed was there! Great place!

Great location and easy access to the beach. It has all the amenities you need and it’s various spacious. Beds are super comfortable and the place was super clean. Our family truly enjoyed our stay and will highly recommend it.

Enjoyed our stay here

Really loved this house. We used the outside grill area almost every night. We flew down so loved having the beach toys and chairs available. The kitchen is stocked with anything you need, and very nice pots and pans. Would love to stay again next year.

Relaxing fun

This property is very comfortable clean and inviting. All Bedrooms have comfy bed’s plenty of room for suitcases and such living room holds all guests comfortably kitchen well equipped. Location is in walking distance of the beach restaurants and shopping.
