EMPLACEMENT:
Situé dans un coin tranquille entre Seaside Heights et Seaside Park, le Clocktower Condominiums offre tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Notre bâtiment est à 2 pâtés de maisons de la plage, ce qui vous permet de vous détendre et de profiter du chaud soleil d’été. Chaque unité est équipée de chaises de plage et de laissez-passer pour vous donner accès à la plage. Le long de la plage, se trouve la tristement célèbre promenade avec de nombreux jeux, mini golf, manèges et autres activités pour les enfants et les adultes, à profiter de la journée ou de la nuit. Clocktower Condominiums est également entouré d'une variété d'excellents restaurants: la plupart sont accessibles à pied.

LE BÂTIMENT:
Notre bâtiment s'adresse exclusivement aux familles et aux groupes d'adultes - aucun groupe de bal n'est autorisé. Nous sommes fiers de garder chaque unité et les parties communes en parfait état pour que nos clients puissent en profiter. Le bâtiment est entièrement sécurisé avec un parking souterrain et fermé et un ascenseur commercial avec accès à chaque étage. Chaque unité est fourni 2 espaces dans le garage. Notre toit offre un endroit idéal pour profiter du soleil et piquer une tête dans notre bassin profond. Nous avons également un espace commun où vous pourrez profiter d'une belle vue sur le coucher de soleil.

L'UNITÉ:
Cette unité est entièrement meublée avec cuisine et salles de bains en granit / marbre, appareils électroménagers en acier inoxydable, CVC et une terrasse de la chambre principale. La chambre principale a deux lits Queen et une salle de bain privée complète. La deuxième chambre a deux lits Queen et est directement à côté de la salle de bain complète, couloir. L'unité a sa propre laveuse et sécheuse. Nous fournissons des télévisions par câble dans le salon et la chambre principale ainsi que la connectivité Wifi.

Property owner is not only a great person, she treats you like family. Makes you feel right at home while on vacation. My 4 kids, wife and I had a great time. Highly recommend staying here. Great accommodations and close to the beach.

Loved this place!

We loved staying at this place and will absolutely stay there again. Very close to the boardwalk and the beach, the apartment was beautiful and had everything we needed. Also loved the rooftop pool. Thank you Kristen for making us feel welcome and comfortable.

Absolutely amazing!!

This place was beautiful and the owners could not have been nicer. I cannot wait to book again. The location was quiet but close to the boardwalk n beach! The owners were so great from check in to checkout. Book this one you will not be disappointed!

Staying here was better than expected. Everything was wonderful including the host! She was very welcoming and had everything we needed already in the apartment You won’t be disappointed if you stay here! Would definitely come back again!

Beautiful rental

Kristen and her family were all so welcoming. They made us feel like family. The rental is beautiful and clean just as described. The pool is a great addition especially for children. We all enjoyed our stay and will definitely we back.

Great Stay!

we had a lovely time stay in our unit. As shown in the pictures, the place was clean short distance to the beach short distance to the boardwalk and short distance to the bridge to hop into Tom’s River. We were able to walk to all restaurants and the owner let us know some of the good ones to try! The pool was such a wonderful added bonus after walking back on hot days at the ocean. I think my favorite night was watching the fireworks from the roof! If I ever return to Seaside, I will be booking here again for sure.

We had a great mini vacation and loved the condo

The condos were even nicer than the pics. Extremely clean and well appointed. Loved the pool and balcony. Owners were super nice. We brought a ton of stuff and there’s a huge elevator and wagons to bring stuff upstairs. Really 5 stars!

Such an AMAZING stay!

My family and I had a great Memorial weekend at the Clocktower Condominiums. The condo was cozy, extremely clean and within walking distance to the boardwalk, local bars and restaurants. The owner was very attentive and made us feel like family. The rooftop pool and game room was phenomenal. We really enjoyed staying at this property and would definitely recommend to family and friends. Kristen thank you for a great experience.

One of the best rental experiences

Of all the times I’ve stayed at a rental property, this was easily one of the better experiences I’ve ever had. Kristen was such an amazing host, and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. We’ll definitely be back!

Great host very clean

Nothing bad to say about the unit it's all positive. the one thing that would make this a perfect getaway would be being directly on the beach but walking the two blocks or so was not a big deal. The dunk pool was great and the hosts were very accommodating.

Modern updated Seaside living in great location!

Kristen’s place was great for our group and ideal location for beach l, Boardwalk, and resort style relaxation. Great communication and help during our stay for anything. Linens, towels, beach passes, chairs, full kitchenware, and toiletries provided. Just bring your suitcases and enjoy. Walking distance to boardwalk and beach. Plenty of restaurants Togo for food or outdoor dining nearby. Thanks again, look forward to our stay again!

Outstanding experience and one of our best vacations ever!!

The property is amazingly clean, super functionable and easy to navigate, and in the perfect location to the beach and the boardwalk. The outside salt pool, game room, indoor garage put the trip over the top! However, nothing was as great as meeting and getting to know Kristin and her family. She is a wealth of knowledge and gave great suggestions on food, shopping, and event/activities that are going on. We are already trying to figure out when we can stay there again!!

I would book again in a heartbeat! So worth it and great experience. Kristen was amazing and so responsive. The property is beautiful and so clean. Definitely a family environment and family feel. Not a party place and great for families. Such a great experience and worth every penny!

Our father/grandfather built this beautiful building in 2008 . It's location was chosen as it is convenient to all in Seaside, yet not right on top of the hustle and bustle of the boardwalk. This makes it a uniquely quiet and private oasis. It was built to the highest standard and remains the finest beach property in Seaside and its surrounding beach communities.

For the discerning ones...........there simply is no finer. We are family run and pride ourselves in keeping the building quiet and clean. We rent to family groups and mature adults couples only. We do not rent to groups of young adults. Not sure yet.....read the reviews.
