Such a beautiful villa.The pictures do not do it justice.In a fantastic position overlooking the beach,sea and cliffs and extremely private.Everything was spotlessly clean and very well equipped.Our host was such a wonderful gentleman who was on hand if we needed anything.He also allowed us to stay as long as we needed after our check out time which was most helpful.We cannot wait to return.

Honestly, the property is even more spectacular than the pictures! Arménio is an amazing host. Very responsive, helpful, kind, and one of the best gardeners I have met. The outdoor property may, possibly, be more beautiful than the interior. I can say without hesitation that property is one of the best appointed I have ever had the pleasure of staying. The kitchen has everything, plenty of bathroom amenities & the towels are very good quality. The view, the beach & the proximity to great restaurants & the grocery store is perfection! The private pool and outdoor patio area pull you to stay and enjoy your surroundings. If you love to charcoal barbecue, you will definitely want to make a few meals at ‘home’. Nothing but love for this place & cannot wait to return!

For a couple in their mid 70's, this property is a jewel! The view from the villa is spectacular! Restaurants and a grocery store takes only a few minutes to walk to. There are about 110 steps down to the beach. Everything in the villa was pristine and clean. The kitchen was generously supplied with everything necessary to cook and eat with. The pool is quite private and refreshing. Armenio was kind and doesn't interfere, but is always there if you need him. The mattress was too hard for our personal liking. We would definitely stay here again!

Great villa in outstanding location

Relaxing holiday around the pool with great views over the beach and across the coast. All amenities are within walking distance and it’s a great base to tour this part of Portugal. We didn’t bother to rent a car and used Yellowfish for airport transfers and Uber for day trips.

Perfect holiday

Armenio and Flavio were there to greet us on arrival and show us all the beautiful features and facilities of the villa which were all amazing with panoramic views over the sea from the terraces making this a truly wonderful holiday!

A beautiful villa by the sea, very clean with everything you need. I have stayed in a lot of places but never had a kitchen that literally had everything you need plus more, amazing! The pool area & gardens are the best feature, very private & quiet with lovely views over the sea & beach. The host was very welcoming & was on call if needed. Nothing to fault 10/10

Villa jarmelo fantastic

This villa is really brilliant the pictures dont do this villa justice the size of this villa is huge it is more like a mini hotel the bedrooms well spaced out and because it was 6 of us armenio opened the ground floor for us with another large bedroom and bathroom the kitchen and large lounge were lovely the outside space was lovely a covered area with a dining table and rattan furniture lovely sized swimming pool with loungers and the view looking over the beach is amazing short walk to beach and restaurants and bars we all loved this holiday and would definitely go back there Thanks srmenio Paul gill &familly

Unique property

A real special place to stay the covered indoor court yard with a tree growing floor to ceiling gives a really spacious airy feel . All the rooms where large and well furnished. The sheltered out door terrace was a delite to sit when you want to stay out of the heat. The garden was so well tended it was a delight . And the view well just stunning ! A very private pool area not over looked at all . My wife and i really enjoyed our stay would highly recomend

Absolutely beautiful place, scenery and the overlooking of the sea was stunning.

The owner was in constant communication with us, whilst before and when we arrived. We had an early flight in so he allowed us to safely leave our bags and be around the pool area midday, whilst they did a thorough clean. There is an iron, hob, dishwasher and fridge freezer all in good working order. The apartment is close to restaurants and bars, bit hilly and a lot of steps to get to and from the beach, which is fine if you are fit unlike me. The pool was cleaned regularly whilst we there. They could do with updating the sun beds as all were broke but we were able to lie on them, just be careful as they may finally give way. Overall a beautiful large place, if you have an Amazon account you can sign in on the lounge TV. Would definitely recommend and would go back in a heart beat. Yellowfish transfers were also great and would highly recommend them to.

Superbe

Superbe maison face à l'océan avec une piscine sur la terrasse! Vue magnifique avec proximité de la plage à pieds. Stationnement aisé Maison avec jardin d'hiver, suite climatisée avec vue mer depuis la chambe/balcon. Il s'agit de notre 2ème séjour et nous y retournerons!! Accueil chaleureux! Merci

Les clients que nous avons eu le plaisir de accueillir ont été exceptionnels dans l'utilisation de la maison. Les caractéristiques uniques de la maison et de ses environs séduisent et marquent qui y passe des vacances: vue sur la mer et la proximité très rares, l'architecture particulière et l'exposition au soleil de la maison, la piscine, la pelouse et le jardin toute la journée, rendent le lieu unique que Ian Luc et ses amis apprécient beaucoup. Wir hatten dort eine wunderschöne Zeit. Es war vor Ort alles noch schöner als online ☺️. Der Vermieter Armenio war ein toller Ansprechpartner und Gastgeber.Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder 🥰. Es war alles da was man braucht 👍. Und das kleine Willkommensgeschenk war super lieb ☺️.

Wunderschönes Haus um Ferien zu machen

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in Armenios Haus sehr genossen. Alles ist sehr gepflegt und gut unterhalten. Armenio hat uns den Kühlschrank für den Anfang ein wenig gefüllt und auch ein feiner Portwein hat nicht gefehlt. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Die Aussicht ist wunderschön, wie auch der Garten. Alles ist fussläufig zu erreichen, wir haben kein Mietauto gebraucht. Das gilt für Restaurants sowie für Lebensmittelgeschäfte. Armenio war immer sofort zur Stelle, wenn wir Hilfe gebraucht haben. Wir würden sofort wieder dort buchen. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Deze woning is de mooiste en beste die we ooit gehad hebben; bijzonder mooi en uniek qua gebouw, met sfeervolle binnenruimten, prachtig vrij uitzicht over de oceaan, fijne veranda om buiten te eten en te loungen. Restaurants en strand om de hoek. Mooie omgeving om te wandelen, watersporten, etc. Echt top! Zeer vriendelijke en betrouwbare eigenaar.
