This newly renovated villa is located on a spacious lot on the freshwater canal in southwest Cape Coral. With 1650 ft² of living space, it offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms – ideal for up to six people.

The open, light-filled living area with a comfortable couch invites you to relax. The modern kitchen with high-quality countertops and a dining table for six people makes cooking and eating together a pleasure. A high chair and crib are available.

The master bedroom and guest room have king-size beds, while the third bedroom has two single beds. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with shower, while the second bathroom with bathtub offers direct access to the pool area. All bedrooms have TVs.

The outdoor area is a highlight: electrically heated saltwater pool with spa, covered terrace with gas grill, six sun loungers, and optional baby safety fence. Enjoy the view of the canal and the quiet location in a popular neighborhood.

Beach towels, beach chairs, shopping, and restaurants are just a few minutes away. The villa offers relaxation, adventure, and the real Florida feeling all in one.
