Our 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is the perfect oasis for your next Arizona adventure. With a full modern kitchen and a sparkling outdoor pool, you`ll find everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Bedrooms: Our spacious property offers four comfortable bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed for a good night`s sleep. The master bedroom offers a plush (king-sized bed), while the other two bedrooms also feature cozy (king-sized beds). You`ll find all the necessary linens and ample closet space for your convenience.

Bathrooms: With two sleek and well-appointed bathrooms, getting ready for your day or unwinding in the evening is a breeze. Enjoy the convenience of modern fixtures with all the essentials provided.

Kitchen: Our full modern kitchen is a chef`s dream! It`s equipped with all the latest appliances, cookware, and utensils, making it easy to prepare your favorite meals. Whether you`re whipping up a quick breakfast or hosting a gourmet dinner, you`ll find everything you need.

Living Spaces: The living areas are spacious and tastefully decorated, creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere. Relax on the plush sofas, catch up on your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV, or enjoy a meal at the dining table, which seats six.

Outdoor Oasis: Step outside to our private backyard, where a refreshing outdoor pool awaits. Whether you`re taking a dip to cool off or simply soaking up the Arizona sunshine on the poolside lounge chairs, this space is perfect for relaxation. A covered patio with outdoor dining allows you to enjoy meals al fresco, and a BBQ grill is ready for your cookout evenings. To enhance the outdoor area, we have a gas fire pit as well.

We understand that plans may change, and we are happy to accommodate full date change requests made at least 7 days before your check-in date (subject to availability and potential rate adjustments). This allows us sufficient time to secure a replacement guest after reserving the dates for you.

Fall (Sep–Nov): Cooler temperatures make it great for hiking, golfing, and desert tours. Fall festivals, art walks, and live music events return to Old Town. It’s also a prime time for scenic drives and photography.

Winter (Dec–Feb): Perfect for exploring desert landscapes and hiking without the summer heat. Holiday events, art festivals, and local markets bring festive cheer. Day trips to nearby Phoenix or Sedona are popular.

- Enjoy our smoke-free environment, indoors and on the patio.
- Let us know about additional guests so we can prepare accordingly.
- Pet lovers, we welcome up to 2 small furry friends for an additional $100! If you`re bringing more than 2 dogs, just let us know—there`s an extra $50 per pet.
- Help us maintain our beautiful space by promptly reporting any accidental damages.
- Please respect the peaceful neighborhood atmosphere, especially between 9 PM and 7 AM. Violations may lead to the termination of your reservation.
- Regular mail delivery isn`t available at this property due to locked mailboxes. You`re welcome to have packages (including Amazon) delivered during your stay, but please note that we`re not responsible for any lost, stolen, or misdelivered items.
- Please keep doors closed: Refunds won`t be provided for bug sightings inside or outside the property, as this is common in Arizona due to seasonal bug activity.
