- USTA National Campus & Sports Events: Just 10–15 minutes away.
- Orange County Convention Center: About 20–25 minutes away via the nearby SR-417.
- Lake Nona Medical City & Area: Just 12–15 minutes away for healthcare, upscale dining, and shopping.
- Orlando International Airport (MCO): Only about 6 miles away (a quick 15-minute drive).

Other things to note
Access Cards: Access to community amenities like the pool, gym, and sports courts is provided via a personal access card given to you at check-in.

Parking: Located at the back of the property, accessible via the back street. A garage opener is provided. (The community has strict parking regulations; we strongly recommend using the garage since street parking is not allowed).

Smoking Policy: Smoking is only permitted outdoors, away from open doors or windows.

The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized before every stay. We provide a starter supply of essentials like coffee, paper towels, and toiletries to get you settled in.
