Ocean Front Beach House w / 4 BR, piscine-- 5 minutes à pied de la ville

Faites de la plage votre arrière-cour cet été. Notre belle maison de plage est à un emplacement privilégié à Montauk. Situé sur la plage, il est à 5 minutes à pied de la ville. Profitez d'un porche enveloppant avec des vues sans fin de l'océan, ou accédez au nid de corbeaux pour regarder le coucher du soleil. Une promenade privée vous amène à quelques pas de la plage ou entrez dans la cour pour trouver une piscine. Nous avons 4 chambres (2 à l'étage et 2 en bas) et une salle de bain à chaque étage. L'étage principal dispose d'une cuisine, d'un salon et d'un coin repas ainsi que d'un coin salon / salon supplémentaire au rez-de-chaussée. La maison dispose de climatisation centrale, câble et wifi, et un grill.

Nous cherchons à louer la maison sur une base mensuelle, mais considérons les locations à la semaine - dimanche check in / check out. Nous ne considérerons pas la location à des groupes ou des grandes parties. S'il vous plaît appelez avec des questions.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home right on the beach in Montauk. The home is very well equipped with everything you'd want for a beach stay, and the accommodations are charming and great for a family stay. Communication with the owners was easy and prompt. Would highly recommend.

Best Beach Stay

The photos do not do this beach home justice. My husband and I loved the location on the beach, proximity to town, and gorgeous views from the balcony. The hosts couldn’t be kinder or more responsive. We will be back for sure.

This property had everything you could want.

The house is very private with amazing views of the ocean from many different vantage points. The beds, bedding and furniture are very comfortable and clean. The kitchen was well-stocked with dishes and glassware on the newer side unlike most homes we’ve rented. The Cash’s are very responsive and accommodating, which helped make our stay stress free. We have stayed in Montauk many times and this stay was our best experience by far. Given its location on the beach, pool, jacuzzi , and the short walk to coffee and breakfast places and town, our three-week stay was idyllic.

Short Getaway

Short 4 day getaway with my wife, adult son and small pup. We greatly enjoyed our stay at this little gem. House was in good, clean condition and is right on the beach. There is a spacious backyard with gorgeous pool and plantings. The setting is idyllic and the pictures don’t do it justice. We stayed the weekend after Labor Day and found the area to be very quiet despite being right next door to a modernized hotel. The owners were terrific to deal with and super responsive to any questions we had. We have not been to Montauk a lot but be warned restaurant quality is tough and prices high given location. Would have cooked in more and took advantage of the dual grills. Bonus was the little rabbits living in the brush around the property. Only drawback and not in the owners control is the mornings and evenings there was a heavy amount of dew given humidity while we were there. Everything is wet and didn’t really hang outside too early or late on the front deck like we hoped. Depending on your group, a larger group of adults might find the house on the small side, but plan on spending most of your days outside probably not an issue. We hope to be back again when we visit Montauk.

Perfect beach spot!

Perfect place if you are looking to be ON the beach! Roomy house for 6 adults, with all kitchen amenities provided. Fabulous deck overlooking the ocean...we saw whales every day, seals, and dolphins. Widow's walk gives an amazing view as well. The large pool was wonderful. Katie and Gerard were welcoming and responsive. We would stay here again!!!

Best vacation ever

Selfishly i’d Love to keep this a secret, but that would not be fair to such lovely people and hosts as the Cash’s. A family of 5, plus grandma, we had the best vacation we have ever had. The location literally cannot be beat. It’s the closest beachfront property to town so u never need a car and the house itself was perfect. We slept 6 very comfortably. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable furniture, beach chairs , umbrellas , Awesome pool and huge backyard. It is truly idyllic. And again, the hosts are really awesome people. If ur debating - book it - juts hopefully not when we want to go!!

The Most Perfect Place in Montauk

For our first time ever using Vrbo, let me just state that staying at this house was one of our best family vacations we've ever gone on. We got to experience all of Montauk staying here. The proximity of the house is private and right on the beach with incredible views in every direction. It's so close to town we walked everywhere for breakfast, lunch, dinners and strolls with our dog. From coming off the beach and going into your backyard for a swim in the pool or a hot tub, to sunrises and the moon shining off the ocean at night it was just incredible. The house has everything to offer for a fantastic beach vacation. Most importantly, working with the owners Katie and Gerard was wonderful. They could not have been better hosts and were responsive and accommodating for all our needs during our stay. We definitely plan to come back and rent again and I strongly recommend staying at the most perfect place in Montauk.

Laid back beach house in perfect location w lovely hosts!

I stayed here for the last two weeks of August and am already contemplating next summer. The house is perfectly situated. Right on the beach but a 5 min walk to town. The house itself is cozy and comfortable. Nothing fancy, but just right. I had my two sons, my brother, my niece & my nephew all at once and it didn't feel crowded. And Katie & Gerry are super hosts.

Summer in Montauk!

Overall, our experience was fantastic. Katie and Gerard were gracious hosts and reachable throughout our stay. The house itself is a true beach house, steps from the beach and the walk to town didn't take more than 6 minutes. The view from the decks are breathtakingly beautiful. I would say the pictures on VRBO didn't truly reflect how beautiful the views are. We were 4 people but the house can easily sleep 6. Everything in the house was in good shape and would recommend this home to anyone looking for a real beach feeling coupled with responsive and lovely owners.
