Stay at Fountain View III and step back in time while visiting historical downtown Wellsboro PA. Once a Lutheran Church, this historic landmark is located right in town and within walking distance to the local artisan shops and restaurants. Fountain View III sleeps 4 guests comfortably with two bedrooms. Both offering queen size beds. A large walk in closet and a cozy office space. There is 1 bath with a shower stall, and a washer/dryer, ironing board & iron. The full kitchen offers a stove, refrigerator, Keurig, dishes, cookware, and cutlery. A comfortable living room with TV/cable and a dinette.
Parking:
1 designated on site parking space available for 1 vehicle located straight into the driveway on the right. All other parking spaces on the property are reserved. There is a ramp going to the front door.

Free on street parking located within one block of rental for any additional vehicles. Electric Vehicle Charging Station available close by.

Hello, I am glad you enjoyed your stay. Each apartment has one on site parking space available as listed in the description. There is also free off site parking close by should you need an extra space.

Fountainview was a great choice for our stay in Wellsboro! Right off the Main Street, it was convenient for us to walk around town and grab breakfast at the Wellsboro Diner (a must visit!!!) as well as The Steak House. It was perfect fall weather to enjoy. Reading the history of the Fountainview home in the scrap book was incredibly interesting. The home was extremely clean and well kept! This was our first trip with our 6 month old baby and a perfect one at that. Having the washer/dryer and dish washer in the house was extremely convenient to wash constant soiled baby clothes as well as keep her bottles clean day to day! The living room was extremely cozy to relax and unwind after a day of adventure. Fountainview is 20 minutes from the beautiful sites of the “Little Grand Canyon” and only 40 minutes to Corning NY where we explored the Corning Museum of Glass! Overall the hospitality of Fountainview and its host will be something to remember. Thank you to the Patt family for opening their vacation home to guests!
