Welcome to 9400 1301, a bright and inviting 2-bedroom, 1.5-bath condo offering elevated views of the Atlantic Ocean and the vibrant midtown skyline. Perched on the 13th floor, this updated retreat combines comfort, convenience, and a classic Ocean City beach experience.



Step into an open-concept living area filled with natural light from floor-to-ceiling glass. Slide open the balcony doors to enjoy morning coffee with an ocean breeze or unwind after a beach day with sweeping views of the shoreline and city lights. The fully equipped kitchen includes full-size appliances, ample cabinet space, and everything needed for effortless meals during your stay.



Both bedrooms are comfortably furnished, with Bedroom 1 featuring a queen bed and Bedroom 2 offering two full beds — perfect for families or small groups. The condo also includes one full bathroom plus a convenient half bath for added flexibility.



The building’s outdoor pool, fitness center, and easy beach access make it simple to enjoy the best of OCMD. When you’re ready to explore, you’ll love being directly across from ACME Market and within walking distance to Bull on the Beach, Liquid Assets, Lombardi’s, and other local favorites.



From the moment you arrive, we want you to feel at home. Your complimentary starter kit includes body soap, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, and a sponge. All linens and bath towels are included, and every bed will be made prior to arrival.

We’re delighted to welcome you to one of our vacation homes and want your stay to be as enjoyable as possible. Please keep in mind that beach life sometimes brings shifting weather, town celebrations, or nearby construction. You may also encounter local wildlife such as seagulls, raccoons, foxes, or the occasional bug. Our homes are treated regularly, but a touch of the outdoors is part of Ocean City’s natural charm.



If something feels off — whether it’s an appliance not working correctly or an unexpected maintenance issue — please let us know right away. A quick photo helps, and our team typically responds promptly to resolve anything with as little disruption as possible. While these types of issues do not qualify for refunds, we’ll always do our best to make your stay smooth.



All rentals include our full linen and towel package. Every bed will be made before you arrive, and each guest receives one bath towel along with fresh sheets and pillowcases.



After booking you will be asked to complete a check-in form. This form includes providing your name, contact information, birthday, government photo ID, and signing rental lease agreement. This is to ensure age, identity, and protection of our home.



Please respect the home as if it were your own. An additional $500 excessive cleaning fee may apply if the property is left in unacceptable condition, such as requiring cleanup of vomit or urine.



Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or that violate Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. Violations may result in fines or removal from the property without refund.



Each property has its own set of house rules. Completing your reservation confirms your agreement to follow them.
