This Federal Style home offers 2,800 sq.ft. of living space, was built in 1835 and has three bedrooms, two baths, kitchen, dining room and living room.
Features include hardwood floors throughout, 12' ceilings and modern amenities. Every space in the house has been updated with modern touches while preserving it's 1830s craftsmanship.

Enjoy all that Circleville has to offer: within walking distance to Lindsey's Bakery, Wittich's Candy Shop, local restaurants & shopping.

The dining room offers seating for everyone and the kitchen has everything you need for the family.
You will have access to the entire home including the back porch with grill and the back yard.

The home was very nice and clean. We had everything we needed for a short, fun weekend trip with friends. Parking was super simple and accessible. The location was great and it was walkable to things downtown. And the host was communicative and made check in and check out very easy.One minor note: the upstairs rooms were a little more warm than the downstairs, as is the case for most two story homes. An extra fan or window unit in the hottest months of the summer might be a nice addition. But again, overall an excellent place and would recommend staying here!

So convenient to just walk out the door and be close to restaurants and shopping. Parking right in front was never a problem. Plenty of room and the kitchen was stocked with everything you would need for cooking, plus many bathroom necessities as well. Our host always responded to any messages I sent almost immediately.

The place was nice and well stocked with extra odds and ends like toiletries that you may have forgotten. Adequate amount of dishware and cooking utensils. Ample parking in the front of the unit. The townhome is near highways making it easy for travel but it is also near a major railway with loud trains passing by throughout the nighttime hours. The host did supply ear plugs, which helped. The building itself is old and has a lot of foundation settling, cracks in the walls, etc, so it is drafty in the bedrooms in evening. Communication with the host was easy and host was very responsive.

This property exceeded all expectations! The home’s historic architecture and original charm were beautifully preserved, while thoughtful and functional modern updates made the space comfortable and inviting. Every small detail felt intentional and truly transported us back in time. The host was communicative, thoughtful, and attentive throughout our stay. We absolutely loved our time here!

We LOVED this property! Tons of space, very clean and had all the comforts of home. Communication with host was excellent! There was some noise from nearby train tracks but other than that we had a Very positive experience! The property is also has a small town feel but is close to many restaurants.
