Magnifique nouvelle maison dans les montagnes Estrella

Maison neuve de 2200 pieds carrés avec grand espace familial ouvert (cuisine, salle à manger et grande pièce). Comptoirs de cuisine en granit, marbre dans les salles de bain, stratifié et carreaux dans presque toute la maison. Terrasse couverte prolongée derrière la maison avec barbecue, idéale pour les repas en plein air et se détendre tout en profitant de la vue sur la montagne. À quelques pâtés de maisons du nouveau centre de remise en forme Presidio avec une superbe salle de sport, une salle d'exercice et une piscine récréative chauffée toute l'année. A quelques minutes en voiture des lacs nord et sud, des courts de tennis / pickle ball et du centre de fitness principal avec restaurant. Près de nombreux sentiers de randonnée dans le quartier et à proximité du parc de la montagne Estrella. Les laissez-passer pour les installations des résidents de la communauté (piscines et gymnases) DOIVENT ÊTRE ORGANISÉS À L'AVANCE. Les formulaires doivent être remplis avec les noms des utilisateurs et je dois les signer et envoyer les originaux au club avant votre séjour. Veuillez me faire savoir si vous voulez des laissez-passer lorsque vous réservez ou au moins un mois à l'avance car je ne vis pas en Arizona.

Great place!

We enjoyed the home. It was quite comfortable, beautiful and in a very nice neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again when we return to the Phoenix area.

Estrella Mountain Ranch

Leigh was an excellent host and graciously worked with us as we have some special cleaning needs . The Estrella home is in a very comfortable neighborhood and is well equipped to meet day to day needs . I would recommend this home as a clean and comfortable property.

Winter Biking

Wonderful home in a great neighborhood! We come to Arizona for the weather and the bicycle riding. We love the neighborhood. Leigh was a good communicator and very responsive. Highly recommend.

Montecito In Estrella

Leigh was great to work with, communication was great, prompt and accommodating to our request. The house has everything you need, very clean and supplied all things from the kitchen to the rooms. Grocery shopping was just down the road not to far as well. Very quite neighborhood with no noise at all. Would stay again in the future if the plans work out. Thanks for sharing your house with us. 2nd year seems like home!

We've now rented this home from Leigh two years in a row. Beautiful home with everything you need. Great area! Beautiful neighborhoods! With spring training being cancelled this year the day after our arrival 😥 (our original reason for visiting the area) we were disappointed but still found plenty to do in the area. Loved having many trails so close to the house to get out and enjoy. Leigh has great communication when questions arise and check in is super easy! We were ready to book year 3 before our departure and were sad to see this home wasn't available for our dates. Luckily we found another rental close by also owned by Leigh and I'm sure we'll be perfectly satisfied with her other property and know we'll receive the same great hospitality.

Excellent Property with great views & everything we needed!

My wife & I needed a place to stay before closing on our new home. We found this property as it was a few blocks away & in the same community. The pictures online of the property do not do this place justice--the home Hosted by Leigh is just fantastic! The home has plenty of rooms & a huge well stocked kitchen to enjoy! The living & dining areas are perfect to relax & enjoy meals. The back patio & yard is just stunning---over the wall--you can see a great view of the mountains & it is very peaceful! The master bed & bath have lots of space & extra room to rest & be stress free. We loved working with Leigh as well--she answered any message or question we had right away & was very flexible with us during our stay. Leigh is a great home host & we would highly recommend her & her lovely home if you plan to visit or stay short term in Goodyear, AZ. Thank you Leigh again for the excellent home & for the communication along the way--we had a great stay!

A beautiful, quiet desert location.

My husband and I were getting together with my older brother and wife from Colorado and my twin brother and his wife who live close by in Surprise, AZ. This property is located in Goodyear a small community about twenty minutes from Surprise. This house was perfect for the four of us and to get together and have dinners at the house. Shopping was close by and the area was just beautiful and quiet.

Beautiful area, stores open late at night are non-existent! Be sure to have water, coffee and any other food/drinks before driving out. Nearest circle k is 10 miles away...

This is a quiet community, so no late night activity. there are convenience stores on Estrella Parkway about 10 minutes away. the kitchen has a reverse osmosis unit (the small tap) for drinking water, so you do not need to bring water. I hope you enjoyed your stay. Leigh

wonderful stay

The home is terrific - quiet neighborhood, extremely clean, all the furnishings are very comfortable. Kitchen is well furnished with every utensil you would need. The owner is extremely responsive to questions. The only thing I would add is maybe some basic troubleshooting with the TV. When we first arrived, we couldn't get it to work, but after resetting the receiver, it was just fine - would have saved some time if we had thought to do that initially. Would love to stay there again.

clean and well stocked

This home was very clean ready for us upon arrival. There was only two of us so we didn’t need all the space but the space was nice and I could see a larger family staying there very comfortably. Having stayed in Estrella in many different homes over the years this home was very adequate for our stay during this time of year. Because of Covid, the fitness centers were not open to visitors which was a little bit of a disappointment but you can just walk out your front door and go on a nice run or walk so it didn’t bother us too much that we couldn’t go to the fitness center. There is no view out the backyard but we knew that going in. Our goal was to not lounge in the backyard but if it was there’s not much sun back there and not much to look at. Overall, the house was wonderful, clean and well stocked. The wifi worked great and the TV had plenty of channels. We would stay again.

Beautiful house, not so much on the amenities

Beautiful house, quiet neighborhood. For as much as we were charged, there is only one ceiling fan, one working TV, the other TV wasn't working properly and the wifi was horrible. No signal in any rooms but the living room. Other than that, we enjoyed our time while we were waiting for our house to close escrow. Thank you for letting us stay in your lovely home.

We are glad you enjoyed your stay. You should have told us about the second TV earlier, as we were not aware the remote had been stolen by the previous renter. It was replaced as soon as you told us. We have had not problem with the wifi. the router is in the master bedroom, so not sure why it only worked in the living room. We will look into it. Leigh

New home with everything you need!

This is an awesome new home with everything you'll need for a comfortable stay in a quiet neighborhood. Beds are comfortable as well as the living room furniture with plenty of seating for everyone if you have a large group. Nice kitchen and dining area, again with everything you need if you want to prepare a meal. Nice linens and comfy pillows provided for restful sleep. Leigh's communication both before and during our stay was quick and informative. She gave good tips on where to shop to avoid a little higher prices at the shopping center in the neighborhood. We'll definitely be looking forward to another stay in her Estrella home. Beautiful home, beautiful neighborhood and just a beautiful area to stay while in Goodyear!
