"Lookout Landing" Scenic Lakefront Ground Level!

Welcome to Lookout Landing! Step out onto your ground-level deck to catch a spectacular Lake Erie sunrise. Enjoy morning coffee or unwind with a glass of wine while soaking in the fresh lake breezes.

Located within 15 minutes of downtown restaurants and nightlife, and close to a local grocery store, public boat launch, and a popular neighborhood waterfront restaurant.

Lookout Landing is a ground-level, two-bedroom, one-bath apartment. Both bedrooms feature queen-size beds. Additional sleeping is available in the living room with a queen size air mattress available. The unit includes central heat and A/C, a full kitchen for home-prepared meals, and one designated parking space. A small set of exterior steps is required to enter the unit and to access the yard from the deck.

This charming home is divided into three private units—two on the main level and one upper—each with its own private living space and deck or balcony.

Guests may enjoy a large shared backyard with three picnic tables, shared with the neighboring house and our tiny house cabin—perfect for relaxing, enjoying a fire, or sipping wine with a view.

Two waterfront fire pits are available for guest use when winds are light and blowing offshore. Firewood is not provided. A shared park-style charcoal grill is also available by the water (charcoal and lighter fluid not provided).

Please note: the shoreline is rocky, and swimming is not available at this property.

Lake life includes wildlife and bugs. While the property is kept clean and comfortable, occasional insects may be present, especially during warmer months—please consider this before booking.
