Great stay

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family really enjoyed the lazy river. We wish there had been sidewalks leading to the beach, but it was only about a 7-minute walk, so it was manageable. The apartment was very clean and well maintained.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location, room updated and very nice. The only problem was I paid for early check in which was 1pm didn't receive a email until after 2pm that room was ready. Got to room and the check in entry code to room was not didnt get into room until after 3pm.

We’d Go Back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I truly enjoyed the stay at the Grove. The accommodations were clean and very comfortable. The close location to the ocean and being able to drive to a Seascape parking lot to walk across the road to the beach access was perfect. The only disappointment was the “pickleball” courts. These courts truly are not for pickleball. They are smashed clay for tennis. We were looking forward to playing a few games but did not as it was very difficult to play on. Seascape shouldn’t say they have pickleball courts when they aren’t really playable. If they had courts that were good, this vacation would have been a 10. Also, if you go to the lazy river, tubes aren’t supplied. You must have your own or hope your rental has them. Overall we were pleased with our stay. We would recommend staying at the Grove.

Relaxing minus the noise

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Started off rocky. Paid for an early check-in, per email 1:00. Our room was not ready at 1 so I called and they said by 2. Not at all what the email said! Room was very nice, despite hearing every footstep from the room above. I definitely think someone should monitor the pool periodically throughout the day. There was one point where there werw 2 little kids (maybe 8 &5) that were at the pool without an adult. I heard the older ons state "mom said she will be down soon". Other than that it was quiet, not crowded and very relaxing. Will definitely return!

We're sorry the early check-in didn't go as promised —the 1:00 time is the goal, but sometimes due to unforeseen circumstance, we are unable to meet it at 1:00pm. The 1:00pm is the starting window. We also appreciate you letting us know about the footstep noise and, especially, the pool situation with the unsupervised kids. Although we cannot tell people how to parent, we can recognize this and ask them to get their parents or wait to go to the pool until their parents can accompany them. Glad the rest of the stay was relaxing and quiet, and we can't wait to host you again!
