Perfect South Marco Location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo had beautiful views, very clean and perfect location for a South Marco Island vacation. Check-in and Check-out were both outside business hours, but was easy and informative. Couple aspects that should be more clear: 1) The Key Fob is used for everything, the gate to get in property, to and from beach, just always have your keys; and 2) There is beach chairs, boogie boards, umbrella in the cage on lower level to use, no need to spend money on those core items. Overall would and will be back to The Somerset

Vacation in Paradise

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: They say a picture is worth a thousand words, but even that doesn't describe what happened when we opened the door to this unit. After viewing the photos online, we were still blown away at the beauty of this condo. It is gorgeous, comfortable, full of sunshine (I hate dark spaces), has everything you could possibly need- everything was so well thought out, from having enough towels, to enjoying a fully stocked kitchen.There are TWO patios- and the view- is breathtaking; you see a loooong span of water and the beautiful sandy beach. You are FULL ON- facing the Gulf of Mexico. Not just a sliver of a view that shock you because the description promises a panoramic view- you are truly getting a gorgeous view.The sunset each evening is beyond breathtaking. There is so much to say about all of this- you really do need to experience it on your own.I can't end this without a shout-out to Andrew, whom we rented this from. The few times we reached out for information, he was available to us and oh, so helpful. Go- don't think twice, don't agonize, don't worry about a thing: everything you need or want is waiting for you there. Enjoy!

Great vacation spot

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Room was clean and ready when we arrived 3 hours early. Had one issue with a broken shower head that was fixed the first thing the next morning, great response time and no big deal. We were very happy with the property and beach access. It’s a wonderful place for a vacation.
