Welcome to 9400 Building 1106, a beautifully remodeled side ocean-view condo on the 11th floor of one of Ocean City’s most desirable high-rises. With a south-facing balcony offering both ocean and bay views, this spacious retreat blends coastal comfort with modern style and resort-level convenience.



Inside, you’ll find a bright, open layout featuring an upgraded kitchen, oversized TVs in each room, an electric fireplace, and a dry bar with mini fridge. Step outside to your private balcony to enjoy the sunrise over the ocean or the glow of a bayside sunset. A balcony storage closet offers the perfect spot for stashing beach items.



Guests of the 9400 Building enjoy access to one of the largest outdoor pools in Ocean City, a fitness room, and convenient coin laundry facilities. With a secured entrance, elevators, and a location steps from restaurants, grocery stores, shops, and the beach, everything you need for a relaxing stay is right at your fingertips.

Your stay includes a complimentary starter kit with body soap, shampoo, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, and a sponge — everything you need to settle in quickly. All linens and bath towels are included, and every bed is made before your arrival.

You may also encounter local wildlife such as seagulls, raccoons, foxes, or the occasional bug. Our homes are treated regularly, but a touch of the outdoors is part of Ocean City’s natural charm.



If something feels off — whether it’s an appliance not working correctly or an unexpected maintenance issue — please let us know right away. A quick photo helps, and our team typically responds promptly to resolve anything with as little disruption as possible. While these types of issues don’t qualify for refunds, we’ll always do our best to make your stay smooth.



Please respect the home as if it were your own. A $500 excessive cleaning fee may apply if the property is left in unacceptable condition, such as requiring cleanup of vomit or urine.



All guests must comply with the 9400 Building’s policies and amenity use fees. A mandatory $65 building fee is due upon arrival and paid directly to the 9400 Building.



Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels that exceed those set by the Department of the Environment (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or violate Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. Violations are grounds for eviction under Maryland law.
