Primary bedroom has a king bed with en suite full bathroom. There are two additional bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with bunk beds (one double, one twin) as well as a convertible chair/child bed. There is an additional full bathroom. Enjoy the updated kitchen, and spacious living and dining areas. The large yard has a grill and you can dine al fresco on the oversized deck. Walkable to tennis & pickleball facilities, playground, and Aquatic Center. Tram stop directly outside of the unit will get you to the Sea Colony beach during the summer months. 2 parking spaces.

Our property is located on the West side of Sea Colony (approx. 0.9 mi from the private Sea Colony beach). During summer months, 3 trams take guests to the beach- a tram stop is located directly outside the unit, and there is a downloadable app to track tram times). There are 12 heated pools (including 2 indoor). The Aquatic Center (walkable from the unit) has an indoor pool, outdoor pool, splash pad, and water slide. Tennis and pickleball facilities are about a 5 minute walk from the unit. The West Lake Activity Center (playground, Bocce, shuffleboard, basketball, putting green) is also a close walk.

There is a shopping center 1 mile from the unit with restaurants and beach shop. The town of Bethany Beach is a 1.5 mile drive and has a great boardwalk, delicious restaurants, and a large playground.

All guests over age 4 must have a guest pass while staying on Sea Colony property and to access Sea Colony amenities (beach, pools, tennis/pickleball facilities, tram, etc.). The fees are listed below and forms can be completed prior to check-in to expedite this process (All details and required forms and be found at https://www.seacolony.com/rentals). Badges must be purchased upon arrival at Sea Colony and are available at the Sea Colony Beach Shoppe, located at 33548 Market Place, Unit #4, Bethany Beach, DE 19930. Please bring your rental contract and owner authorization letter, as these documents are required to purchase badges.
