Imaginez-vous dans cette belle maison neuve pour 2014 avec vue sur l'océan. Forever Summer est un joyau de 5 chambres, 6. 5 salles de bain construit sur mesure qui est décoré et meublé par des professionnels pour votre plus grand plaisir. Nous nous sommes efforcés de penser à tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour que vos prochaines vacances soient les meilleures. Cette maison offre une accessibilité aux personnes handicapées tout au long du séjour, notamment une douche approuvée par l'ADA dans l'une des chambres. Forever Summer dispose également d'une très grande piscine avec salle de bains à proximité, d'un ascenseur lambrissé, d'une très grande cuisine, d'une très grande terrasse avant, d'une électronique de pointe et, mieux encore ... d'un accès facile à la plage. Forever Summer présente un plancher de noyer au troisième étage de ce plan d'étage inversé avec de beaux carreaux dans la salle familiale du deuxième étage et un tapis moelleux dans chacune des chambres. Profitez d'une vue imprenable sur l'océan depuis le pont avant et d'une réserve de bois paisible et de vues et de couchers de soleil inter-côtiers à l'arrière. La belle cuisine a été conçue avec de grands rassemblements à l'esprit avec des armoires personnalisées, des comptoirs en granit, des appareils en acier inoxydable et tous les nouveaux ustensiles de cuisine et équipements. Deux lave-vaisselle gardent toute la vaisselle propre et un réfrigérateur pour boissons et une machine à glaçons séparée aident à garder toutes vos boissons au frais pendant les chaudes journées d'été. L'eau chaude illimitée est toujours disponible simultanément pour les six douches (5 à l'intérieur, 1 à l'extérieur) à partir de deux réservoirs Rinnai en moins, sur demande des chauffe-eau à gaz. Et, il n'y a pas de clés à partager car il y a une entrée sans clé qui sera modifiée pour accueillir chaque nouvel invité.

We had such a wonderful time at “Forever Summer” the host was super responsive and literally took care of everything right away. Loved the pool and the fact that there was a bathroom on the bottom level! Can’t wait to come back, perfect for a large family vacay! We will be back!!!!

Great holiday vacation!

Great house for our family of 10! Love the large top deck and easy walk to beach. Very clean! Everything was in working order, and lots of room for us to gather together. Highly recommend!

Incredible Stay

Property was everything we hope for, convenient to beach, more than enough room for our family. The owner Dave’s communications were off the charts and when we had a couple very small issues, he had someone there right way to solve the problem. I highly recommend staying here, I know we will be back.

Best Family Vacation

We absolutely loved this vacation. The house was amazing, great open space for gathering as a family, the elevator worked great and the space accomodated our family member in a wheelchair, quick walk to the beach, easy communication with Dave. I hope we can come back here again!

Floor plan worked well for our family of 10. Master on top floor with kitchen and living areas was ideal for the grandparents. Easy walk to the beach. Would stay again.

Great house with close proximity to access

Great set up for our extended family. Room for everyone and a great flow to the layout. Super close to the public access, so just a short walk to the beach. We had the perfect view of the fireworks on the 4th too!

wonderful space for a retreat

This was a perfect spot for a business retreat!! We enjoyed the large porches and the other accommodations. We had plenty of room to spread out. The handy man, Russ was great when we needed to set up the tv for streaming. Wonderful stay!

GREAT vacation home!!

The house was great, the weather was great, the beach was great --- we will definitely look into booking another stay at this home when we return to Ocean Isle Beach. Get Away Weekend with Friends

Great place to stay for watching basketball tournament and catching up with old friends. Kitchen and amenities have everything you would ever need to cook a gourmet meal. Front porch has excellent views, sun and relaxing furniture.

We left with great memories having spent our first fam vacation at OIB. The home was well appointed and comfortable in every way. The location is terrific and any issues were quickly attended to. We would definitely return for stay at Forever Summer!

Beautiful view of the ocean and sound from this home. Always arrive to the cleanest home we have ever stayed in. We have already rented for 2018 which will make our third year at Forever Summer.

Fantastic location

The house was fantastic. We had a very large group and were able to accommodate everyone - from the bedrooms to the dishes and flatware. Access to the beach was easy and the view was fantastic. Dave was fantastic as well. Highly suggest this property.

Great stay

We really enjoyed Forever Summer over spring break 2021! The house was beautiful, clean, and well kept. We had a few minor things occur during the vacation but Dave was super quick to respond and the nature of them were insignificant. Would not hestitate to book this or their other home.

Great for family!

Beautiful house, furnished very tastefully for family relaxing. Everything you need, owners very helpful with what you need to bring. Thanksgiving weekend had a variety of weather, so we had some indoor time, which was delightful. So close to the beach, with great ocean views. We were blessed with a wonderful time in a great place!

Great beach house for family vacation

Perfect house for four generations to gather for a beach vacation. Elevator and ADA accessible bath more than met the needs of our 89-year-old mother. Wonderful kitchen and plenty of seating on porch and around pool. The house was very clean, exceptionally well maintained and well supplied.
