Peaceful 3-bedroom house with AC in sunny Miami

Thank you for your feedback. I’m glad to hear you found me responsive during your stay. I do, however, need to clarify several points. The home was thoroughly cleaned the day before your arrival. In fact, when I checked in with you on March 25—two days after check-in—you responded, “Yes everything is perfect, thank you so much!” Given the concerns you’ve now raised regarding cleanliness (including dirty dishes, mold, and overall condition), it is surprising that none of these issues were mentioned during your stay, as I would have addressed them immediately. I would also like to note that the couches are in the exact condition shown in the listing photos, which accurately reflect the property. Regarding the toilet, this issue did occur on the Sunday prior to your departure. While I was unable to secure a plumber that same day, a professional attended first thing Monday morning and resolved the problem promptly. I was informed that the blockage was caused by inappropriate items being flushed. The service to unclog the toilet cost US$200, which was not reimbursed. As for the pool and landscaping services, these are routine maintenance visits necessary to keep the property in good condition, and they access only the exterior areas. I take guest experience seriously and always aim to resolve any issues as quickly as possible when they are brought to my attention during the stay.
