Chambre au premier Ă©tage # 2 face Ă  l'ocĂ©an avec lit king size 2ppl, avec une tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat de 43 ". Les deux chambres du rez-de-chaussĂ©e ont accĂšs au patio et Ă  la plage en bord de mer. Le patio a deux chaises longues pour s'allonger et une table de patio pour quatre. DeuxiĂšme Ă©tage: salon face Ă  l'ocĂ©an, avec de grandes fenĂȘtres pour admirer les magnifiques couchers de soleil, dispose d'une tĂ©lĂ©vision Ă  Ă©cran plat de 60 pouces, de nombreux jeux et livres pour des soirĂ©es amusantes en famille. La cuisine est entiĂšrement approvisionnĂ©e pour 12ppl, avec un coin bureau pour vĂ©rifier vos e-mails. La maison comprend le WIFI. Barbecue Ă  gaz situĂ© sur le balcon Ă  l'Ă©tage. We had no issues with the home itself. Unfortunately, our experience was impacted by the neighbors who share a wall with the property. On one occasion, they told us to “shut up” while we were simply talking outside, and another time they came out and tried to intimidate us with unfriendly looks and their angry behavior made us feel very uncomfortable.We were a group of 10, including 4 children ages 8–14. While it’s possible we could have been quieter coming and going, we were not excessively loud. It may be helpful for future guests if a noise monitor and/or outdoor cameras were in place to avoid any potential misunderstandings with neighbors.

Everything was in great condition and the place was comfortably furnished. The beach is so quiet and peaceful. It is awkward to get to the beach. You have to pass through a bedroom or go out the front door and go around the house. But we did not find that to be a big deal.

Summer Weekend getaway

My friends/family and I grew up camping just north of Hollywood Beach at McGrath campground. Unfortunately, due to flooding, the park has been closed for 10 years. We have turned our summer camping trips into beach house rentals in Oxnard. We highly enjoyed our stay at Mollies by the Sea. As always, the neighborhood is safe, secure and full of friendly local residents. The house was incredible as well. Very easy check in/check out procedures and plenty of room for the small group we had. We always like bouncing around and trying new homes but we would rent this one again without a doubt!

Amazing location. Beautiful beach. Great for larger groups of friends or family members.

It’s always great when owners outfit a house to seat comfortably as many as they sleep. My friends and I like to gather once a year and when we do, we love nothing more than to hang out together and enjoy conversations. The living room is large and can easily seat 10 people comfortably. The dining room we can squeeze in. And that view and the sunsets are spectacular. We snuck out onto the beach after dark and saw bioluminescent plankton lighting up the waves. Truly once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. The kitchen was well equipped, and it was nice to have beach towels and chairs available. Highly recommended!
