The house has been fully remodeled to the highest standard, with no expense spared. The contemporary modern design is both stylish and comfortable, with oak hardwood floors and plush carpets throughout. The kitchen is a chef's dream, with high-end appliances and stunning quartz countertops that add a touch of elegance to the space.

The house is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Amazing Stay at an Amazing Beachfront Property

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First off the location is amazing, you're on the beach and you can wake up to waves crashing. It's a special place - a quiet beach in a great small community. The house has everything you need to enjoy your stay. The garage has boogie boards, volleyballs, sand toys, footballs, etc etc etc. Kitchen is stocked for cooking and has lots of condiments that is more like someone's house and less like a pure rental. The REMAX people are very easy to get a hold of via text, phone or email and very responsive. All in all no issues and we hope to return at a later date and always rent with REMAX Gold Coast now.

Amenities were amazing! Games for the kids, extra coffee, filters, etc. Typically you have to run to the store for all of the little things, but we didn't have to do that. Very generous.

The house was absolutely perfect - gorgeous ocean view. We came the first week in June and experienced “June Gloom” - but that didn’t stop us from enjoying the view and all of the things to do up and down the coast in the area. It should be noted, however, that the wet sand on the beach is admixed with plentiful amounts of TAR which adheres to shoes and feet and is VERY hard to remove. Baby oil helped to remove the tar, but it also took A LOT of elbow grease. If you are taking children to the beach this may not be the beach area for you. Our group consisted of four old women so we were able to work around the sand/tar issue. But I certainly would never take my grandchildren to this particular beach.All that being said, this house is beautiful, the view is gorgeous and the rent was ridiculously cheap because we rented during “June Gloom”.

Beds were so comfortable and we loved the linens. House had all the beach stuff to go out on the sand. We slept with the windows wide open to hear the ocean every night. Home has Sonos so we listened to our own music as we cooked and got ready to go out. Each night we had the most spectacular sunsets. Definitely will be back!

Love house/location-unfortunate plumbing problem

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Such a beautiful home and location. Exactly what we wanted. THEN, a pipe burst and we had to leave and find a new location (Day2 morning). We understand plumbing issues will happen but we were so disappointed to have to leave (and huge hassle-dealing with plumbers/water restoration teams, finding new place, moving all groceries and unpacked items). Mgmt. company did what they could to accommodate us, but the other location just wasn't the same. Hard to rate satisfaction-Because again the house is fantastic and they did what they could.

Dream come true!

We rented this for a family gathering and it was perfect--a dream come true. We sat at the windows and watched dolphins and sea lions surfing. We played in the sand and walked the beach. The house is incredible--a combination of comfortable, homey, well furnished but also immaculate. The kitchen is as well furnished as you would have at home. The floor plan is really unique with the first floor being private with two bedrooms a bathroom and laundry, the second floor dedicated to shared space: kitchen dining and two separate sitting areas, then the third floor is divided so the massive master suite is totally private and theres another totally private bedroom accessed by a separate stairway. This was perfect for us hosting our adult kids and grand kids. The rental company was wonderful to work with. Highly recommend this place!
