We loved this house! It was very nice and clean. It had everything we needed and was a short walk to the beach boardwalk and we had a big beach area compared to other areas we have stayed at on the cape. There are lots of stairs, just as an fyi. Wasn't an issue for us. The pool had plenty of floats, boogie boards, a couple beach chairs and a beach wagon which was super helpful. We would love to stay here again.

Great for large group! Loved the outdoor fire pit to grill steaks, burgers and s'more's!!!! Perfect easy walk to beach! Best rental we have had in years! FYI…Hand mixer was broken, slight leak from kitchen sink faucet that runs onto counter top and refrigerator door shelves that were missing need to be replaced but overall we were very pleased! Pool was refreshing! Appreciated wagon for our chairs we brought from home. Thank you!!!!

The house was nice you can tell a corporation owns it not stocked you have to buy everything the couch covers were filthy had to put towels on them to sit on them other then that house was very nice

Loved this home and the pool was such a nice touch. They had everything you needed. The towels are ONE towel, one hand towel, and one wash cloth per person regardless of length (we were there 7 nights) so plan accordingly or you’ll be doing laundry often. Also they do not provide beach towels. There is a great breakfast spot up the street only 1/2 a mile which was a nice walk in the morning. The home was lovely and we could stay again. Communication was fast as well!

Overall, this home and location is very quiet and wonderful! If you are looking for a party spot, this is NOT it and it was exactly what we wanted. Perfect location for a relaxing evening sunset stroll on the beach, however you will have to take a short drive elsewhere if you want to see the morning sunrise. This was our first trip with our toddler grandson. The additional space downstairs worked well for us to set up his pack-n-play to sleep. Upstairs beds were very comfortable, and pillows very plush. The twin bunk beds (downstairs) have more flat pillows if you want them. Gas grill was great, and both grilling and kitchen utensils were plentiful. Bring your own cooking spices! The private pool is very relaxing. However, if you are a beach family, plan to bring your own beach chairs/tent, or plan at least a day ahead with VayKay Rental. We were given a credit to rent ahead of time, but it did not cover the cost for our group of six1 and cost us an additional 100 for the week. Purchasing chairs aren't cheap either. Skully's crab boil is delicious!! My family had it twice during our stay!! We also dined at Hunt's on Wednesday around 5pm, however it took more than an hour for our group of 6 to get our food (very unhappy toddler). On our last day, we rode bikes to the state park. We regret not going sooner and making a beach day out of it as it seems to be one of those unknown gems! The water is so beautiful and the beach is so clean and wonderful. :)
