Our stay at this property was amazing! Decorated so beautifully and functional floor plan. Very clean ! Great king bed and great mattress! Quiet and friendly neighborhood. Highly recommend this VRBO. Dawn is your host and she goes above and beyond to accommodate! We were so pleased that when we come back to the Sarasota area we may stay there again!

This home had everything we could have ever needed for a perfect and relaxing beach vacation! The host, Dawn, was extremely easy to communicate with and consistently asked if we had questions about anything. She also gave good recommendations for things to do around the area. The house was extremely clean and comfortable. I look forward to staying again for sure!

We had such a wonderful stay! The home was absolutely immaculate—Dawn truly went above and beyond. From a fully stocked kitchen to thoughtful furnishings, she paid attention to all the little details that often go unnoticed, which made our stay feel extra special.The house was just as beautiful as pictured, if not more so. We especially appreciated the quiet neighborhood, the fenced-in backyard, and how walkable the area was. It was the perfect place to relax and feel at home.We would absolutely stay here again!

We were incredibly fortunate to make a last-minute booking at this Sarasota property hosted by Dawn, where we truly "Lived like happy & relaxed locals" as the listing headline suggested would be the case!!! Communication with Dawn was the best we've ever experienced at a vacation rental - prior to and during the stay, as well as after departure. The property has a very appealing exterior and we enjoyed sitting on the front porch rockers taking in the view of the nice quiet neighborhood. The interior was immaculately clean and the layout, furniture, and furnishings were exactly as shown in the listing description and photos - and Dawn clearly has a great eye for design. The living/dining area was well appointed, the kitchen was well outfitted and included some goodies to get us started, the beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms/showers were just right. On top of all that, the screened-in porch was so comfy and airy that it was surpassed only by the huge fenced-in backyard - which was perfect for our pup!!! This property is (as described in the listing) "easy, comfortable, and welcoming" and deserving of 5-stars, as were all of our communications with the Host. All three of us (Keith, Mary & Thyme) enjoyed our stay so much that we're already talking to Dawn about another, longer "happy & relaxed" stay.

This property is very special and will stay in the hearts of all that visit. Peaceful, calm , tranquil, and safe. Quality Air, water, mature trees, sparking clean, well though out an easy living. Its the best one can hope for while traveling away from home,, Peaceful nights, sunrise mornings, and yet at the doorstep of city life just minutes away. As an owner with asthma and allergies, I understand the importance of quality air, water, and cleaning. Guests that are sensitive to breathing, mold, allergies can book with confidence that this is a very healthy safe home.
