Un espace spacieux pour se détendre à deux. Suite parentale avec entrée privée. Grande salle de bain (baignoire / douche) et portes françaises qui s'ouvrent sur un patio privé donnant sur les jardins extérieurs et la piscine. Salle à manger privée extérieure avec salons et cuisine efficace.
AprÚs une journée et une nuit passées à explorer Sarasota et tout ce qu'elle a à offrir, venez vous détendre au bord de la piscine en plein air tout en regardant les étoiles entourées d'un feuillage tropical luxuriant. Our stay in a charming part of Maurizio's large, roomy villa was wonderful. We felt completely private, but had help close at hand. Maurizio is a gracious and generous host. The villa is an easy drive to good restaurants, downtown, and Siesta Key. As others have written, being in the villa combines a trip to Italy with the pleasures of Sarasota.

Absolutely Amazing Experience with An Amazing Host. We came for 2 days with big plans, but this place was so nice and relaxing my wife slept almost the whole time and I had no problem sitting in this little piece of paradise waiting for her to wake up. Fun private Villa feel, easy access to Sarasota!

Nice and private, quiet (aside from pool construction next door, but that's temporary). Pool to ourselves! Didn't know the "kitchenette" was outdoors on the lanai but as a Seattle visitor that was easy to navigate and work with in this type of weather. Great visit, great communication. Only suggestion would be a pool vacuum system (like in AZ) due to wind and evening weather debris. Nice comfy bed, and good shower / restroom setup, including a WC off the pool to the outdoors, for when you are wet! Well laid out, and would definitely come again! Thank you!
