• Check-out before 10:00 AM

• Due to HOA regulations, no boats are allowed

• Per Florida guidelines, guests must be at least 25 years old to book

• BBQ Grill - FREE to use - Propane Not Included.

• This home is Self-Catering - We do provide a small welcome kit to get you started. Please stop by the nearest supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.

• Pool Heat (Optional) - $35/day (plus taxes) - Must book for the entire stay - Must be requested 48 hours in advance. Keep in mind, this service is optional and may not be available at times. The pool heating will only run on a timer from 9 am - 9 pm. To add pool heat to your reservation, let us know when you book.

The maximum temperature of the pool is between 90-94°F. We recommend pool heat from October through March, but PLEASE NOTE that the water does not heat up to its full capacity during the winter, and we cannot reimburse due to non-mechanical issues, such as weather conditions
