Located in Oceanside Village (OSV), the community has amenities galore plus private oceanfront gated beach access and parking. This dazzling open floorplan ranch home will host a maximum of 8 guests allowed. All new for 2026, the whole-house HVAC ductwork system has been completely replaced and upgraded allowing for a super clean environment with the air running through ultraviolet (UV) lights and air-scrubbers to remove pollen and dust and kill germs and bacteria, before circulating through the register vents into the house.
Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen amenities, delightful blue cabinets with oversized drawers and pullout pantry; upgraded appliances, pristine white countertops and sparkling grey stone backsplash. The kitchen has a refrigerator, stove, oven, garbage disposal, dishwasher, microwave, icemaker, toaster, coffee pot, Keurig, griddle, air fryer, crockpot and blender, along with extra dishes and silverware, pots and pans, casseroles, baking pans, glassware, stemware, etc. The dining room is all about relaxing southern charm and seats eight (8) for dinner, accented with four (4) counter stools at the bar for happy hours or casual dining. Laundry area with Maytag washer and dryer. You will find smart TVs throughout every room, with a new 75” 4k UHD QLED Smart TV and console added for 2026 in the living room. Kick back on the great L-shaped sectional sofa and recliners, complemented with a beautiful blue modern TV console stocked with games, cards, and puzzles. The TV console also houses the included FREE Wi-Fi and cable gear to meet all your streaming needs. The Carolina Room is sure to be a favorite, with its fireplace, shiplap, sunny windows, southern haint blue ceiling with fan, and comfy extra sofas! The expansive King primary suite has an ensuite with double sinks and water closet, garden tub and shower, and his and her walk-in closets. The guest room has a Queen bed, and the twin beds in the bunkroom sleep 4 children. Guest bath is renovated and has a great walk-in subway tiled shower with glass doors. You will find ceiling fans in all bedrooms and main areas of house. For other sleeping options, there is also a pullout queen sleeper sofa in the sunroom, but not to exceed 8 total guests max. The home has a garage with available beach chairs and umbrellas, and beach cart. Outside you will find gorgeous Palm trees around the property, and a beautiful backyard and patio, with a dry river rock bed, chimenea fireplace, furniture and umbrella, along with a gas grill. The outdoor shower is wonderful for sandy guests coming off the beach! Linen packages (not included) are available by request and golf carts are available for rent at the Oceanside Village office. Keycards that allow direct gate access to Melody Gardens Drive and the OSV private beach parking lot will be provided at the office upon arrival. Please note key cards must be returned or there will be a charge of $30. Golf cart will be included starting in April of 2026.

You can also obtain access to the onsite fitness center for a nominal weekly fee. During your stay at The Glitzy Mermaid beach house in Oceanside Village, there are endless options for adults and children alike, at the outdoor pools, water splash park, and all new for 2026 “THE OASIS” massive indoor pool – gorgeous indoor pool complex with separate huge hot tub, and kiddy pool. Aside from enjoying your beautiful “home away” there is even more that Oceanside Village has to offer; private beachfront parking which includes outdoor shower areas and restrooms; indoor/outdoor pool, kids splash pad; playground, volleyball, basketball, two bocce ball courts, 1 shuffleboard court, 1 pickleball court, and two tennis courts. Attached to the OSV private oceanfront area, is the Conch Café where you can enjoy al fresco dining, lunch, cocktails and fabulous fresh seafood while taking in the Atlantic seashore. And on a grander scale, the Grand Strand is home to endless golf courses, shopping, dining, boating and fishing, water sports, live music and entertainment, historic Charleston 90 minutes away—the Myrtle Beach area beckons to visitors from near and far with its endless natural resources and sunny shores!

garage. We reserve the right to charge substantial additional ozone cleaning fees
if incurring any smoking impact to the house. Pets are not permitted on property
and guest count cannot exceed 8 people total.
