The Space:

This unique retreat offers total tranquility on rustic desert roads, yet remains conveniently located, only 20 minutes from the Cabo Marina and 10 minutes from Costco, restaurants, and grocery stores.



The home features two cozy bedrooms on the lower level, a modern, fully equipped kitchen, and an inviting living room filled with natural light. Upstairs, unwind in the comfortable TV room, which opens onto a spacious terrace with a fire pit and stunning views of Cabo’s iconic Arch. Step outside to the outdoor oasis, complete with a beautiful pool and a shaded pergola with a BBQ grill, perfect for slow, peaceful mornings, sunset gatherings, or quiet afternoons surrounded by the Baja desert landscape. This retreat is the ideal place to relax, reconnect, and enjoy the serene beauty of this one-of-a-kind Tezal hideaway.



Bedroom arrangement:

Master bedroom - King-size bed with an ensuite bathroom and a walk-in closet.

Guest Bedroom - double-size bed next to a full bathroom.

There are also two sofa beds for extra sleeping ( Tv room and living room)



Within the community, guests can enjoy a pickleball court, and just a short walk away is Torote Restaurant, a farm-to-table fine dining restaurant.

Car Recommended:

We highly recommend renting a car. It provides much greater convenience for getting around Cabo, grocery shopping, beach visits, and accessing the villa.



Roads:

Main roads are paved, but to reach Valle del Sol, you will drive through a dirt road for about 10 minutes. The rustic access road is part of the charm of this neighborhood, creating a peaceful environment surrounded by mountains and nature.



Nature Environment:

As Valle del Sol sits in a natural desert landscape, you may encounter dust, wind, and the occasional local wildlife. This is part of the quiet, authentic Baja experience that makes the retreat so unique.
