3000 sq ft family-friendly home perfect for get-togethers, family reunions, corporate bookings, and large groups. Sleeps 15 comfortably with 6 bedrooms, 11 beds w/king on the first floor. Fully stocked kitchen and beautiful patio for extended gathering space. Local city park with kids playground directly behind the home separated by a wooded path. Centrally located at just 10 mins from GSP Airport, 20 min from downtown Greenville, and close to BMW, Michelin, Greer, Spartanburg, and Shopping.

Heather and I live in town and can be available to help if you need us. But we will not be there when you arrive. We respect your privacy.

Quiet neighborhood located right next to a recently renovated, beautiful kid-friendly park. Walking distance from shopping and restaurants.

Driveway can fit up to 3 cars and there is street parking available if needed.

This home worked out very well for our family of 6 adults and 3 kids. There was plenty of space, dishes, towels etc The kids enjoyed the upstairs game room. The check-in/out was very simple and organized. We had a nice time exploring Greenville.

Our daughter got married in Greenville so we needed a big place for our whole family for the weekend. This place was perfect! The kids had a great play area in the upstairs room and the adults had plenty of space. This house was the most equipped place we have ever stayed and the owners were great with communicating. We highly recommend this home.

Everything was perfect. Hosts were so easy to work with and the property was everything and more than advertised. Location is great and easy access to downtown. Hosts went above and beyond to provide everything you would need plus extras for items you might have forgotten.

Just Right!

The owners are amazing, flexible and honest. I had a very large group of relatives stay for a week and we were able to cook and be together with ease while my 86 year old father was in the hospital near by. It made it so easy to be centrally located and I had to update the reservation as our flights changed. They were flexible and kind; and we wont forget it! hospital.

Family Wedding

My elderly parents had a convenient first floor bedroom period plenty of separate spaces for the multitude of couples that joined us and single beds for the single people worked out terrific. This outdoor seating in both front and back is also lovely for group a multitude of people.The neighborhood is beautiful for a walk as well. The hosts were very accommodating and quick to respond with answers to questions. Jonathan and Heather thank you very much once again!!

Great place to stay for wedding!

We had a wedding to go to downtown and this was a perfect place for the 14 of us to stay! 20-25 min drive away and everyone had space to spread out! Loved the home and location.

A blast for a wedding weekend

Our stay here was wonderful! We got this for our wedding weekend and had some friends and family stay with us and they loved that the neighborhood was friendly and quiet, the house was clean and very roomy, and the little touches with the basketball hoop and arcade games. And the host made everything as smooth as can be!

Baby shower trip

This was a beautiful 6 bedroom home with plenty of space and things to do to entertain my 5 year old nephew and two grandsons. We were close to amenities and shopping as well. Very nice neighborhood and the property was a short walk through the path out back (past the tree house) to a park. We had everything we could have needed while there and plenty of snacks and essentials provided by the hosts. We greatly appreciate your hospitality and allowing us to enjoy your home.

Great Family Weekend

We came to Greenville to celebrate our youngest's graduation from Furman. While the drive was longer than ideal, the house was perfect! We had an elderly grandparent that was able to stay in the first floor bedroom and plenty of room for everyone else. The house is nicely decorated and access was quick and easy. One of my pet peeves is paying exorbitant cleaning fees and then being asked to do all sorts of cleaning as I leave and this was NOT the case here. The hosts were very reasonable and we appreciate that.

Sorority retreat to Greenville

The property was so nice and clean, the door accidentally stopped working and the property owners were quick to answer our messages and get us in the home!! They gave us great suggestions for retreat as well.

Great family lodging

My extended family stayed here while in town for a family funeral. It fit is perfectly and was very comfortable and well equipped. Jonathan was a pleasure to work with. We will definitely use this home again if we need lodging for a large number of people.

Beautiful Family Stay

This was a last minute booking that we were happy to find. We stayed for 3 nights visiting extended family who live in town. We were going to stay in a hotel with 15 family members and 5 hotel rooms but thought we would search one last time to find an option to stay together. We were so glad to find this perfect place. It was roomy, clean and beautiful. Jonathan and Heather thought of everything and were quick to respond with the few questions we had. Highly recommend!

This was our family home for 8 years before we decided to share this home with fellow travelers. We think it's a perfect location and have loved being close to so many great parts of our town. Having lived there for so long, we have extensive knowledge of the area and of all the things you will likely need for your stay. We feel like this makes our home one of the best options in greater Greenville, SC.

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

There's a city park within walking distance of the house that has volleyball, soccer, baseball, and football as well as a covered pavilion for group events. There is a decent-sized kids' park that is great for kids under 10. It's 15 minutes from GSP airport and 20 minutes from downtown Greenville. It's only 7 minutes from downtown Greer. Paris Mountain State Park is also about 20 minutes away.
