The neighborhood is what we call old Florida, towering trees, large and unique properties with a mix of Spanish and Mid Century Modern homes.

Open and spacious inside and out, chefs kitchen, various gathering rooms with shuffleboard, ping, unique outdoor space with custom tile pavers with turf, oversized pool, tiki bar and lounge with both a gas grill and original 1950's brick bbq. The towering 8ft privacy fence provides complete privacy and comfort. Also included is a professional ice machine for all your needs.
