Welcome to "Mermaid Villa" your private waterfront pool home located in Bradenton Florida and the popular rental community of San Remo! This vacation home has something for everyone! The property is situated on the corner of the Palma Sola Bay with a boat dock large enough for a 24' boat. With no bridges to the bay by boat and just minutes away from the most popular beaches in the area, this updated pool home is the perfect destination point to enjoy everything the area has to offer!

When pulling up to the property you instantly notice the well-manicured exterior and enough space for parking even if you have a trailer! Walking into the front door your eyes are instantly pulled to all the natural light coming off the back of the property overlooking the pool and canal. The main living area has plenty of space for seating and everyone to gather around and play games and enjoy family time! The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything needed to make your favorite home-cooked meals!

In this renovated kitchen, the chef is always in the center of things, with a large island, a new cooktop, and all new appliances. The dining room accommodates a table for six and the kitchen island offers seating for 3 more!

This property offers a split floor plan with Bedroom 1 on the left side of the property and two additional bedrooms to the right when first walking in the door. Bedroom 1 offers a king-size bed, sleeper sofa for additional sleeping options, a mounted smart tv as well as an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower. Bedroom 2 offers a King size bed and Bedroom 3 offers a set of full-sized beds. A shared bathroom is located in this hallway as well with a tub/shower combo. Additional sleeping is offered on the sleeper sofa in the living room that converts to a Full-size bed.

*Pool heaters in private homes are locked for your safety and controls must not be tampered with as they are monitored by the pool company. 85° is the highest heat temperature setting. Pool temperatures will probably stay around 76° during the winter months. Please note if cold days occur, water temperatures will drop and may take longer to heat.

Damage Waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee (“Management”), plus tax if applicable.
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $1,500 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
