Come stay in this great, centrally located, 4-bedroom, 3 bathroom house in Montauk!
The house is on a great corner lot in a quiet, residential part of town while still being centrally located to town and the beach.
With an upside-down layout, all 4 bedrooms are on the main floor and the common areas including the eat-in gourmet kitchen, wet bar with separate wine/beer refrigerator and dining area are all upstairs. The house has a wrap around deck throughout the second floor with a gas grill, outdoor dining area and chaise loungers! There is a full bathroom upstairs as well as two downstairs.
In addition to the four bedrooms (1 King, 2 Queens, 1 with 2 Twins - which can be converted to a King) and the two bathrooms (one en suite Master bathroom with a tub and one with a shower in the main area), there is a full size washer and dryer for laundry. Outside on the main floor is also an incredible, private outdoor shower.
The house has cable and high speed internet and is perfect for families and couples looking for a fantastic getaway in a magical location!
